Wawa — Restaurant in Delaware

avoid this Wawa at ALL COST.

Let me first start by saying I am handicapped -I can NOT walk with out aid of a 4 prong cane or other devices(like a rollator)

I ordered curbside pickup of the Gobbler (COLD) from this location as I had to go to a bank by this area. The order was brought out and I realized after I got my order that it was the HOT gobbler with gravy(I hate gravy on sandwiches, I do not like soggy bread). I called the store to let them know it was the wrong order, I had the order on my phone in case of they wanted to double check. But they refused to pick up their phone. So I limped into the store and when I told them they had given me an incorrect sandwich or maybe someone else's order - BOY did I get attitude. There was a guy working behind the counter who was very angry at having to remake the sandwich-he made it, slammed it down on the counter and when I asked if that was my re-made sandwich, he shot me a dirty look and walked away refusing to answer me. Finally a lady asked me if I needed something, I told her if I wanted to know if this was my remade sandwich, she asked the guy making sandwiches, he nodded yes to HER and shot me another dirty look. I asked for a bag, I was told NO, I said never mind, and left.

When I got home, I opened the sandwich, there was turkey, and cranberry - NO STUFFING - NO MAYO and NO EXTRA CRANBERRY SAUCE which I paid for. Had I not been in pain with my leg, I would have driven back over, but I doubt I would have gotten a correctly made sandwich.

While I doubt this Wawa will miss my business, I know I will NEVER go back again if this is the way they treat...

Worst sandwich makers ever. I have gone there to get food multiple times and they always mess up a little but no big deal. I came to get dinner after a VERY late night at work. Ordered An Italian hoagie and broc cheddar soup. My Italian hoagie ONLY had pepperoni on it???!!!! Its too late for me to go back and ive wasted my hard earned money. I went back a couple months later to get an iced coffee. There was a drink placed on the counter and no number was called myself and another girl were waiting over 7 minutes and watched 3 girls touch the 2 cups and surrounding ingredients and not one committed to making anything. Eventually the girl after me got her drink and annoyed at this point I asked if the slip under the drink on the counter was for this drink and 3 people later I got "no it's for number 44" ... My number ... Sandwiches around the drink were called over and over again and not one person called my number when it was the only thing on the...

Went here because I was passing by I was hungry ordered a hoagie paid waiting at the counter where they make your food standing there watching a guy behind the counter make someone else's sandwich with gloves on kept going into his pockets with the same gloves on he kept telling the condiments making the person sandwich never once did he changed the gloves after he had his hands on his pockets he did it a few times that was enough for me to say that's gross I ask for a refund they have to wear hair nets but don't have to change their gloves can put there hands in their pockets and touch everything with the same gloves they are making your food with I won't ever order from the deli again I will get stuff already made before I order anything from there again it was...
