NG's Nails Spa — Attraction in North Miami Beach

I was visiting family in Miami and desperately needed my nails done. I kept telling myself I’d wait until I got back to Atlanta, but they were so busted I had no choice but to get them handled. 😅 I found this nail salon right around the corner from my mom’s house and decided to give it a try after seeing so many great reviews, and I’m SO glad I did!

Five stars, 10/10, highly recommend.

As soon as I walked in, they greeted me right away. I signed in and asked for Jacob, since I saw his name mentioned in a ton of positive reviews. Funny enough, Jacob was actually the one who greeted me— he sat me down right away and got started. No wait at all. I was in and out in under an hour!

I originally asked for a fill-in, but he let me know (very politely) that my nails were separating from the acrylic and it was time for a full set. I appreciated the honesty and went for it. He did SUCH a good job. Super patient, very hospitable, and he nailed got my nail shape just how I like it. I’m very plain Jane with my nails, but really picky about the shape and the quality- he nailed it, literally lol.

And the best part? the total was only $58 for a take-off, full set, and gel polish. $58!!? In Atlanta, that would’ve easily been close to $100. Incredible value for amazing service.

I recently visited NG’s Nails Spa for a nail service and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The service was incredibly fast, yet they didn't compromise on quality. My nails turned out absolutely stunning and it was all done in record time.

But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They were attentive, friendly, and took the time to listen to my preferences and concerns. Not only did they provide expert advice, but they also made sure I was completely satisfied with the final result.

Came in with gel nails and regular pedicure, wanting a manicure overlay and regular pedicure. They sat me down and started the pedicure, for some reason used a nail drill to take off part of the regular polish and nicked my skin - when I moved and winced there was no apology, even when it started to bleed. While I was sitting someone came to do my nails. She stuck them in an acetone container that is obviously communal, so I checked if what was being used on my toes was new and it didn’t seem to be. Then I was told that in order to shape my nails it was an additional 5 dollar charge. At this point I wanted to leave, I told the lady doing my toes to stop but she did not. I went to pay for the services I did get, though they were awful, and was told I was being charged the full pedicure amount even though it was not nearly finished. I did so because I’m not the type of person to cause a scene but I’m highly disappointed. I paid $30 for half a pedicure and $10 for gel removal....
