Though my first experience here was riddled with problems that was very kindly corrected by one of the staff members after I called. I returned here prior to Christmas and only found one pair of shoes I normally Buy 6 to 10 pairs for all of my kids but that pair was for my son and it was such a good buy and a perfect fit but I called the store to inquire whether there was any more as I wanted at least two more pairs I was told after being put on hold there wasn't any in his size and that I could order it but I would have to physically come in to do so I was also given the option of a similar shoe but told it could not be held. So luckily I was available to take a drive to Santa Clarita from the Van Nuys area. When I walked in I attempted to find the person I spoke to on the phone two seemed very helpful when she walked me back to the Clarence area I was very disappointed to find yet happy to find several pairs of shoes in the size I wanted on the Shelf more than three pairs which means she did not actually go back and look where the person she asked to check did not actually look this was unfortunate. But the in-store experience was decent on this day because of my Ada rights she agreed to take the shoes to the cash register as they have a no hole policy normally but it's difficult for me to carry multiple pairs of heavy mens shoes with my fibromyalgia I had my granddaughter with me and I managed to find one pair of shoes for her. Do I look for bargains and it may not seem much to staffers I've actually spend more than $1,500 in this last year and on average I do not pay more than 40 or $50 per pair and aside from the occasional socks and few garments shoes are the Mainstay and that's a good amount of shoes I shopped for three children two extended children and one grandchild and myself I'm the average everyday shopper and I love Nikes so I'm not the customer do you want to ignore because I'm your meat and potatoes and let me Express one thing besides enjoying the product customer service...
Read moreI've been meaning to share this overdue shoutout for a while now, but better late than never, right? I just have to give a huge shoutout to Lou, manager at the Santa Clarita Nike store. Seriously, this guy went above and beyond to make my day!
I walked into the store with a receipt and a defective of shoes I bought a few months prior, and notably I felt a bit apprehensive due to their no return policy. Turns out, I unknowingly purchased two left shoes (yeah, oops!), and it took me months to realize the mistake. Life gets busy, you know?
Anyway, when Lou came over to help with the return, he handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. He even apologized for the mix-up, which truly impressed me. I shared with him the story of how I buy Nike and Air Jordans as rewards for my daughters' hard work in school. It took my youngest daughter four months to earn her pair, only to try them on and discover they were defective. Talk about a disappointment!
But Lou didn't just fix the problem; he personally walked us over to the kids' section to find a replacement pair of reward shoes. Along the way, we chatted and laughed, and he made us feel like valued customers and friends.
I can't end this review without another important point: The entire staff at the Santa Clarita Nike store also deserves recognition. They run that place like a well-oiled machine. Every time I visit, the shelves are fully stocked, and the store is immaculately clean. Despite not living nearby, I make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in town because of the incredible deals and the outstanding shopping experience they provide.
So, to Lou's senior management team, I hope you're reading this because Lou is an exceptional manager who leads by example. His dedication to customer satisfaction and his team's performance truly sets the standard for excellence. Santa Clarita Nike is lucky to have him at the helm.
Thanks again to Lou and the entire Santa Clarita Nike Store team for always making shopping a pleasure....
Read moreI was on vacation in Santa Clarita and didn’t plan ahead when it came to footwear—classic mistake. I had only packed one pair of sneakers, and halfway through the trip they started falling apart. I needed a replacement fast, especially with a couple of hikes and a Six Flags day still ahead. I found the Nike Clearance Store nearby and decided to give it a shot.
Honestly, I didn’t expect much since it was an outlet-style store, but I was seriously impressed. The store was clean, well-organized, and surprisingly well-stocked. They had a ton of options, especially in the men’s section (which is what I was shopping for). The prices were great too—definitely lower than standard retail, and I even found an extra discount rack in the back.
A staff member saw me checking sizes and actually offered to help me find something with more support, which I really appreciated. I ended up with a pair of Nike Pegasus running shoes—comfortable, lightweight, and perfect for the rest of the trip. Wore them out of the store and didn’t take them off for the next four days.
If you're in the area and need gear in a pinch, this place is absolutely worth a stop. It saved my feet, my trip, and my budget. Definitely glad I...
