-Terrible Experience I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Nike today. I arrived at the store after work, around closing time, and was excited to make some purchases. I’m a regular, and the employees know me well, so I made sure to say hi to everyone as I walked around. Unfortunately, not a single employee offered any assistance or even acknowledged me further than a quick “hey, how are you doing?” while I was shopping. I had about 30 shoes with me, and I was aware of the store’s purchase limit, so I made sure to keep things under control. When I finally went up to the register to check out, carrying by myself a total of 30 shoes, I did the line and carry the shoes through the line with multiple employees that interacted with me and not a single one had the decency to tell me “hay you have until 8:30” but instead let me shop, and carry everything and wait in line before approaching me to tell me that the dead line was 8:30 and making me leave 25 shoes that I was ready to purchase. I was informed by one of the managers that because it was past 8:30, I could only purchase five shoes. Now, I completely understand rules and regulations, but what really bothered me was that no one bothered to mention this to me earlier when I walked in or as I was shopping. To tell me this after I had already selected the shoes and was ready to go just seemed inconsiderate and unprofessional. I don’t mind following the rules, but the way they handled the situation felt like they were making things up on the spot. It’s as if every day there’s a new set of rules, and in this case, it just felt like an excuse to stop me from buying what I wanted. It’s frustrating when I know some people have special treatment—like certain resellers who are known for paying Nike employees to get inside info on products—but that’s a whole different issue. What really stung was the sheer disrespect for my time. I could’ve been home with my family, having dinner, and spending quality time with my kids, but instead, I was left dealing with this avoidable frustration. This is my business, and I’ve spent a lot of time and money at this store, but this incident showed a lack of professionalism that I can’t ignore. Nike, you really need to do better. I’m upset about the way my time was wasted and how I was treated, and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback to heart to improve the overall experience. With rules constantly changing and with the expectation of me knowing what the new daily rule is without telling me something...
Read moreI tend to rate my shopping experiences on 4 scales. Heres how today’s went
Shopping Selection: 4.5 out of 5
Guest Service: 4 out of 5
Friendliness: 3 out of 5
Cleanliness: 3 out of 5
—————————
Shopping selection has a wide variety, anything out of nike you need, they have! And its pretty affordable at that
Guest service was pretty good, some Team Members needed assistance from others, but i get it. Never have been offered ANYWHERE hand sanitizer after checking out. Thats a + for me!
Friendliness is a…. Eeehhhhhh. Everyone kinda just looked tired of working there. Did not have or even see 1 Team Member on the floor assisting guests or answering questions. Homie at checkout just stared into my soul as i bought my shoes.
Store itself is down the middle with cleanliness. Floors where spotless, but seats where covered in shoe boxes. Shoe boxes where tilted, thrown around, not organized properly, or laying around somewhere.

Read moreI only rated this store a 1 due to the checkout cashier Rosie. She was extremely rude and treated me and my family as if we weren’t good enough to shop there. I hope Rosie does a better job in customer service and treat the customers with dignity. I also want to add my sister and I combined spent over $700 together and I asked for a second bag to make sure my bag was secured when I get to the airport and we heard very clearly a smart remark as if we didn’t here! Honestly if I didn’t need to leave in 30 minutes for my flight I would have reported this to her supervisor immediately. I will be calling this store once I get home because I am upset by that experience and I shouldn’t have spent my money at all.
Rosie if you’re unhappy with your job you need to find one that makes you happy. I hope you have a...
