North Georgia Premium Outlets — Attraction in Cumming

The pandora here is the WORST. for Black Friday, it is completely understandable that there are hours that should be respected for closing and opening, but the workers were absolutely atrocious. Everyone waited outside in freezing weather, and the staff never came outside to let everyone know when they close, or who the last person they would let into the store. We were the next people in line and waited 3.5 hours to only have the doors closed in our faces. The assistant manager Diontra was extremely rude and could care less that we were cold. While rolling her eyes and "apologizing"to us, she once more closed the door on our faces. Other people took up to an hour to look and see what they wanted, although many of us already knew what we wanted. This experience was the worse, and I have worked in customer service for 6 years. This is never the kind of experience anyone should experience. I am beyond at loss for words and fumed with frustration. I understand there are only limited staff but you can clearly tell no one wanted to be there and that the staff was not experienced with merchandise because elf the length it took them to help customers and pack...

I wanted to take a self care day today and get my steps in without having to step onto a treadmill :) Rated 5 stars to just being outside on a beautiful day, exercise, and being able to shop in a nice and clean environment. 3 stars just due to the fact that given it’s an outlet mall I didn’t really notice any significant savings.

As an example, I got super excited about the $5.95 body care at Bath and Body Works thinking that was an “outlet savings” price but it’s just the regular special in all the stores right now. I still walked out with about 8 items for about $38. My top Fave stores are typically Tory Burch and Coach because they do have past season items at about 50% off. I also went to Pandora, Old Navy and Nike, and again not any real fantabulous deals. Also, had my battery in my watch replaced at All things Watches and the customer service was amazing! $25 if you need a new battery btw.

All in all, I would say if you are looking for higher end items at a discount and are ok with previous season selections, this is a good spot. For regular store shopping it’s all about the same price as online and...

My favorite mall to shop at. It has stores for clothing, jewelry, shoes, furniture, and more! Great prices. Clean well managed. I feel safe with all the security guards walking around and they even have security guards riding around the parking lot. I love taking my kids to the Disney store and the candy store. They even have an outside playground. I love the converse store. I get all my clothing, accessories and home deco here for the whole family. Only store I really dont recommend is William Sonoma because all the employees were very rude to me I even talked to a manager about a coffee pot and he was so hateful and rude. I asked if he could get something from the top shelf he looked at me with a hateful look and he groaned about it and he went to get a ladder but never returned and I waited for 15 minutes. I found him later just standing behind the register just doing nothing he seen me and didn't even bother to speak to me. I dont recommend this store and I wont be returning to this store but other than that I love all the stores...
