Chik Fil A has come to represent QUALITY and SERVICE at every one of their locations and this Dawsonville location does not let you down on either of these pillars that the brand represents.

SERVICE - I don't know if it is the training, the people who Chik Fil A hires or a great engaged management team but any Chik Fil A I have dined in has always had superior service. From being greeted, quickly and efficiently being helped in line or how quickly you receive your food items the service always ROCKS! Where do they find all of these friendly, polite helpful staff members? I have literally paid for a five-star dining experience and not received the level of service or attention you will see in this store.

Another word on their staffing, this store, or any other Chik Fil A I have been to has always had a large number of staff members working. The stores are always crowded but the wait is minimal and exceedingly fast, the restaurant and dining area is always clean, the trash receptacles are never overfilled and the condiments are always fully well stocked. Bathrooms have always been clean and well stocked, never walked in to wash my hands and not found soap and all towel dispersers full.

Almost every time we visit this location like many other Chik Fil A's stores you walk in the door and think about turning around because of the line. But, within minutes you are being helped and by the time you get condiments and sit your food is being brought to you, served hot and fresh. Our order has always been correct too.

There is normally a person in the dining room cleaning and offering drink refills.

The food quality has always been great, anything we have ordered is served to us very hot and freshly made to our order.

I eat here quite a lot and usually spend around $16.00 - $18.00 every time. Over the last year I have seen things that concern me about this company.

First the app is antiquated, not user friendly - even for the employees when I ask for assistance; with the update a couple of weeks ago, it doesn't even connect any longer! I have to connect the smartphone to my home network in order to enter the receipt. Using it is another issue when trying to redeem points.

Secondly, this store's product isn't consistence. They serve very small pieces of chicken on their buns - I was informed they are serving breakfast pieces sometimes (so it's smaller) - they are maximizing profits and decreasing portions. I have also noticed that in some restaurants even buns have decreased in size. In December last year they increased prices but still offer smaller portions at this location.

Now that we are faced with this virus, it's nice to eat at a Chick-fil-A even if it is drive thru, but they do not offer bathrooms. They do not care that people fill up garbage cans in nearby Walmart, Home Depot or Lowes - no responsibility at all. When they make a mistake they want you to deal with it not them.

This store, along with a couple of others, are operated by owners that do not seem to really care about their product. I will say this to them also: Panera used to be a staple for people - check out their company before the virus, they were hurting in profits. So I am only rating it this way because while they are FAST, really friendly, and I LOVE chick fil a. At my last purchase, they forgot to ask questions or to make sure the order was as requested. I paid for a grilled chicken sandwich and requested that nothing was on it. The reason for that is because I have stomach issues at the moment, and I can not have anything added, but they added a tomato when I requested no tomatos as it causes pain after eating it. I also requested to have extra honey packets, and I stated the raw honey packets, and I asked for 3-4 to save 1 or 2 for at home. They gave me the honey barbecue packet. (1) a packet of something I couldn't even eat. NOW, the sandwich was still great and is always really yummy, but it sucked to eat it without the honey. NOW when I did it before they didn't even give me honey so I had to go in to get me some and the lady was really sweet, apologized, and brought me a handful of honey which was so awesome.

Love Chick Fil A and will always go here. Just be sure you are clear with them and check your order because they are busy, and I definitely understand we don't all have great days. I've spent the last month on very bland food to heal my gut, so I definitely enjoy the occasional grilled chicken sandwich that even plain is a great meal to make this healing period not suck so bad.
