Overpriced. For example they had one of the Ashley brand furniture marked at $899 but can give for $799, whereas on Ashley that's $799 already with included 5 years of warranty. When I inquired they said I shall be glad to get the same price (LOL what?). Why would I buy something from this junk store when the reviews clearly state they are not good at after sales service. I asked the price of a dining table where price tag wasn't there and they stated $6k with a dresser table where I can tell that stuff was not worth more than $2.5k. I liked one dining table which was marked $1100 (of course not worth more than $700) on which they said they can offer me $30 discount. Rude for no reason. Wasted 40 minutes driving to visit them. False advertising on OfferUp. They said they will negotiate at store but not through OfferUp messages. I went there. I was looking for luggage bags for one time use. They want me to buy heavily used bags with broken zips for 80% of brand new prices. I searched many furniture stores in the past 2 months and this is one of the only places that had the best prices, fast shipping and good customer service. I bought a couch here and got it delivered in 2 days compared to 2 months at other stores and the delivery price was unbelievable also. The couch arrived and the frame was creaky and the owner had his team come the same day and repair it for no charge. I am extremely pleased with this furniture store and will continue to do business...
