I don’t understand why these people are saying this is “the worst place” or “bad customer service” from google reviews. I’m going to be honest. I honestly had the BEST customer service experience here, hands down. I got both of my glasses here and I know they truly care about me because if I need to get checked they would find a way to schedule me the same day. If I need adjustments such as (my glasses are loose or something) they would just help me on the spot. I paid for my glasses and they told me it will be ready in a week or so. But! I’ve been buying my glasses here and IT WOULD BE READY IN 3 DAYS! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, one of the front desk is my go to every time I visit because she is honestly hands down the nicest and patient person I’ve ever met, thank you Ingrid! Ingrid is kind, patient, and well informed. She answers and explains every question I would ask with no hesitation because she knows what she’s doing. Also, Dr. Johnson is amazing, she would explain every questions I would ask also. I really do appreciate her patience. Thank you!

It's been very difficult to get an eye appointment with this COVID-19. On Tuesday, September 22 I called in and was able to receive a appointment on a cancellation for Friday, 25 September at 11 AM. So you have to call in first to have access to office. I was greeted. I was to fill out paperwork which was very easy & self-explanatory of your needs. Mirna answered all my questions and also was able to tighten my current glasses that were loose for me. Place is clean and smells good. Aylin was very helpful when I was looking at the glasses on display. All the employees are polite. The gentleman who started my exam was polite and great. Doctor Johnson was great and loved the vibe. As I was done with my check up, Aylin was there to assist me on choosing my glasses. It was so hard to choose but I felt so comfortable with the awesome service Aylin provided. She made my decision so much easier and I am very happy with my decision of which glasses I wanted.This place was truly amazing and I would recommend to check them out. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ng and his staff. This is by far the "best" experience I have ever had at any optometric office. A doctor that actually listens to you and your concerns. My previous experience at another well known practice was not a pleasant one and left me upset and frustrated. Not only was I out a few hundred dollars for glasses that were way to strong for me and I couldn't wear but when I voiced my concerns nobody seemed to care. Don't hesitate to refer and recommend family, friends and coworkers believe me they won't be sorry. After being hesitant and waiting a few more years to get my eyes checked again I'm extremely glad and blessed to find my new doctor which is Dr. Ng. Thank you so much for caring about your patient's!
