I had a specific furniture set I wanted, but it was sold out on buybuybaby’s website. So when I stumbled on Pibaby’s website with the furniture set in stock I was so excited! It was slightly cheaper with free shipping so I rolled with it. After looking at so many great reviews raving about Pibaby and their customer service even to out of state customers I was sold. After placing the order which was over $1,000 (expensive for us being first time parents and everything else we had to buy) we got an e-mail from the owner stating that the furniture would be shipped the week of September 16th and that she would reach out on the 16th or before to give me an ETA on the ship date. The time frame was 5ish weeks ahead instead of waiting 8-10 weeks like the website had stated. I was so happy about that since we had no idea whether our baby would be born early or born on her actual due date. The earlier her stuff would arrive the better. The week before the 16th, I didn’t see an e-mail so I decided to reach out to see if they had gotten ETA confirmation. I needed to make sure someone was home for it. I never got a response back that week so I reached out a second time on the 16th and got a response from the owner stating that the furniture was on schedule to be delivered that week! She would e-mail me back within 24-48 hours with a tracking number. I figured okay great. Well, the week came and went and I never got a follow up e-mail with the tracking number, and the furniture never came. So I called on Friday(9/20) and then again on Saturday (9/21) to get the tracking number. Nobody in that store could give me a tracking number or tell me where my furniture was. After being told someone would follow up with me no one ever did. So I called again the following Monday (9/23) only to be told that they couldn’t pull the tracking number from whatever website they use and that multiple customers didn’t have a tracking number either (like that was supposed to make me feel better). I was told once again they would call me at the end of the day with an update with the tracking number or to let me know they still couldn’t get it. I never got a call. So being the pestering customer I am that was left wondering where my order was I called back Tuesday (9/24) for the tracking number. That’s when I was told that the furniture didn’t actually ship the week before like I had been told, but would be shipping that day. -_- They said they would e-mail me the tracking number, but I never got an e-mail. I called yesterday (9/30) to see if they had a tracking number (they should have one by now for sure) and the girl who answered the phone said “I haven’t checked the tracking on anything today. Once I do it, I’ll call you back” and was rather rude about it. I never got a call back. Today, (10/1) the furniture was delivered. They didn’t call me beforehand because they didn’t have my phone number even though I gave it to the owner who was supposed to give it to the freight company, but never did. So good thing I was actually home. The lack of customer service I got because I was an “out of state” customer is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I never got follow up e-mails about my order after the 16th and I had to keep calling to figure out where the heck my furniture was only to never been given an answer. I paid a lot of money for what I got and I should have been treated better than this. I do not recommend Pibaby if you’re out of state. Shop your local baby stores instead so you can have the option of going into the store and hopefully be treated better. I really wished I waited to purchase the furniture from buybuybaby. I called the store and left a message inquiring if it was in stock and if they would be able to ship to where I live (I live in a different state). The owner, Heather, got back to me SUPER fast and let me know that yes, the carseat was in stock and she could definitely ship to me asap! She asked if I needed help with anything else and we got to talking - Heather is SO incredibly knowledgeable about baby gear/products and she is beyond helpful. She was able to tell me all about different strollers and cloth diapers and went above and beyond to explain to me how the cloth diapers and cleaning works, etc. I also mentioned a specific stroller I was really wanting and she didn't hesitate for a second before she was offering to speak to their brand representative for the stroller brand I was interested in to see if she could get me what I wanted. Not only did she talk to them right away, she was able to get exactly what I was looking for! When we ran into a problem with the checkout, she came up with a solution right away. I have never received the type of customer service that Heather provided, anywhere else. She took time out of her evening after the store had already closed, to make sure I had what I needed. I will always be giving Heather and Pi Baby my business and could not recommend this amazing store more. It is so obvious that Heather cares about her customers and her store. You will not be disappointed in the service and knowledge they are able to provide at Pi Baby!! I cannot wait to keep shopping here for what my baby needs! LOVE...

That’s something I wasn’t expecting when buying through an online website! I inquired about strollers, and she reached out via text and sent me a video to answer all of my questions. What online company does that? Heather is amazing and so friendly! She is a Mother of 5 children, 4 of which are quads, yet she still can run a business, and do it well! I ended up buying a crib and accompanying pieces from her and plan to buy more. I found her site through a Google search. I searched the name of the crib I was interested in, and found that she offered free shipping whenever you spend a certain amount. Every single local store wanted to charge shipping! Also, she offers 6% in reward credit toward future purchases! I’m a bargain shopper, and couldn’t find a better price anywhere else....
