Publix Pharmacy at Shamrock Plaza — Attraction in Scottdale

My husband and I want to give praise to Cathy and Trudy and the rest of the staff at the pharmacy at Shamrock Plaza for their excellent attention to detail when filling a script. Cathy received a script request for a med for my husband and recognized that it could severely interfere with his heart condition. My local pharmacy transferred my prescription to the Shamrock Plaza location, as they were out of stock. Shamrock plaza was to fulfill the prescription the same day. I called the next day to confirm and they told me it will be ready in an hour. I drive to this pharmacy after work just to find out they haven’t started fulfilling it yet. I find it unprofessional and inconsiderate to treat pick-ups this way, will avoid dealing with this pharmacy location...

Check out is usually fairly quick even at peak hours. Pharmacy service is fast & fantastic! Deli counter women keep this store from getting 5 stars. There are a couple of them that will give you whatever they feel like just to move you along. English is not their first language so maybe the problem lies in their understanding.
