Rancho Cordova Certified Farmers’ Market — Attraction in Rancho Cordova

The stands are beyond amazing and the fruits and veggies of course are a must. The reason for the low rating is the women in charge telling me I was not allowed to bring my SERVICE DOG into the area when it’s illegal to deny service animals. Telling me i couldn’t go into the stands because of his fur. I have a goldendoodle who doesn’t shed and again is service dog. She was extremely rude to me with an attitude as well. I have had no problems or a rude encounter with bringing my service dog in at the folsom, downtown, or citrus heights...

3 stars since this market only had 1organic stand and not a lot of other stands; no breads, no olive oils, or ethnic foods. The non pesticide strawberries in peak season were watery enough to be sold at your grocery store.

On the plus side it did have eggs, cheese, and 3 meat stands. But I like the markets for fresh, in season, organic produce. There's not enough of that here.

I would've only given this market 2 stars, but since it's in walking distance to the strip club it gets...

A few vendors, with few options. Organic but expensive, and some items not fresh. Please don't get me wrong, I like this place, apples are really sweet, oranges are really good and the blue berries! I can't say enough about their great flavor!!! Hey, my favorites are the fresh eggs. But expensive, It would be my guess that a person with a fixed income could not afford this fresh options because of the high prices (could that be the reason why there aren't too...
