Theater is always clean when my daughters and I go to see a movie. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Concession stand prices are ridiculously high tho but they do offer to refill the popcorn or soda.
My rating of 4 stars instead of 5 is because the closed captioning glasses haven't worked right the last two times that I've been there. The movie was shown without a hitch. The evening at the movies was a good time for us all.
The only downside is one in common with most cinemas. The price is prohibitive for many people to go with any sort of regularity. The tickets are pricey enough, but the concession costs amount to an insult after injury.
I doubt this will change anytime soon. Still, if Hollywood ignores the situation, they may find cinema going the way of the drive-in movie or Blockbuster.
Netflix. Hulu. Amazon Prime, etc. are cheaper, more convenient options, and poised for...
