I give this place a 1 just for the sake up our two boys being able to enjoy mini golf.

We visited this place on a Friday about 3.5 hours before they closed. We purchased the family pack which we thought was a steal however it really wasn't. $80 for my boys just to only be able to play mini golf and climb a few walls.

We stood in line for almost 40 minutes just for the staff to tell us, we have to take a break for the carts to charge, which is understandable but other than a dinky sign sitting at the front entrance, that wasn't noticed until after we left to get out of line, there was no reminder until it was almost our turn and they told us they're taking a break. We got out of line because the boys only had an hour left before they closed and wanted to wall climb.

We get to the wall climb, there was one person helping with harnesses being out in and working laser tag at the same time. There was a super nice lady who was in the wall climb helping the kids switch between walls, when maybe 15 minutes in, after the kid who was helping with the harnesses and doing laser tag just left, she was the only one working now at this point, and was approached by her co-worker and was told she needed to go on break and for future references she needed to do whatever (couldn't catch the whole thing but it was definitely not something they should have been discussions while strapping my kid to the harness when they were about to wall climb) she then a hooks up my kid and then walks away, for almost about a good 6-10 minutes there was no one there. When the boys were ready to switch walls, we didn't have anyone for a good 15 minutes to switch them. I checked in at the front because i notice right before walking over there, there was three of them standing around doing nothing. Once i got to the front, i was told, they were short staff because of a miscommunication and staff was leaving work without telling anyone. Great, i get it, however, where is the staff of someone on the wall climb hot hurt or god forbid something horrible would have happened.

Unless they get better, have better communication, or are better staffed, i wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this place unless you enjoy playing $80 for your family pack and only being able to do a few things.

I voiced this same opinion to the company in an email but yet to get any response or acknowledgments that the...

Last week I was given four passes that stated they were for two hours unlimited mini golf, go carts, laser tag, climbing and a slice pizza and drink. As yesterday was my daughter's fourth birthday and it was my son's 7th birthday the week before I thought this would be a great activity to celebrate. We drove all the way to Boulevard Mall to the Rex center. The woman at the front desk informed me they are not honoring the passes anymore since they have new owners. There was no expiration, no statement that they were limited use. The woman at the desk first said they just wouldn't give is the food, fine whatever the we could still enjoy the activities with the kids and then way at home later. NOPE the woman then informed me the kids could ride the go carts once (with us) and golf once, and we would not be allowed to golf with them. Also they would not be allowed any of the other activities even though we had four passes. I said that's ridiculous as we have four passes that guarantee two hours unlimited. The front desk woman got an attitude like she was doing me a favor by letting them play one time. Due to her attitude we left without even playing. Thank You Rex for ruining both my kids birthdays because you won't honor your own passes. Do not give this business and "new owners" your business as they obviously don't care about their customers.

Response to your response: How are they not your passes? They had the name of your business, your logo, your address? Yes I did not want to pay for my husband and myself because we had passes that were supposed to get us in. Also how is letting our children do thinks once the equivalent of two hours of unlimited use, which we were promised with the passes. I've been to other places were the business was sold or there was new management and they always honor whatever coupons, groupon or deals that were sold before they purchased it. That is part of what you buy when you purchase a business, you need to honor what they have put...

at first we thought it would be great cause we had a group of 12 and they got us on a group deal 6 people with 2 pizza for 110 so we got 2 of them we ordered 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese and 1 sausage... while waiting we realized we wanted wings so we ordered 20 wings then 10 mins later we went back asked about the wings and pizza the pizza wasnt put in yet cause they waited till we said go for the pizza and they only had enough wings for 10 pizza so instead of getting a refund we asked for fingers and fries to replace the missing wings and they said okie then they put the pizza in and it will be 15 mins okie, as we waited we ordered 1 more finger and fries for another person in the group wings came out then the pizze came out all cheese pizzas no toppigs so we asked if we can get that fixed and they brought out the toppings on a seperate plate for us to put on okie got it.... so while waiting another person in the group order nachos fingers and fries so were still waiting for 1 order of wings and fries but they got a different number 5 mins later theirs comes out and were still waiting for the 1 lady comes up and says it was never printed and out in the kitchen so they will put it in now so we didnt complain yalls busy so we waited then comes to an hour later and still not there so went to the manager on duty and asked for a refund instead cause waited so long and instead of doing that she said nicely cause the food is cooking and almost done i can not give you a refund... really now sorry to say spending over almost 250 bucks you cant refund 7 bucks making the customer wait an hour pizza all wrong and having us put on toppings our selves seperately.... well thank you rec center for the experience but this is the review i will give...

We are visiting from CA and after searching online for fun activities for kids I came across this place. Reviews were good and the price for number of activities seemed like a good deal. Unfortunately we left very disappointed. Online it does say you must have closed toe shoes to participate. It also does not say those shoes must me tennis shoes crocs etc are not accepted. Also online it does not say that the most popular attraction is closed a various times throughout the day. We were told that it’s ideal to line up a little early for go karts because the line is usually long and it’s most popular. I stood in line for my kids staring at 12:45. This way they could continue to enjoy the activities without waiting very long. The go karts did not reopen on time. They actually opening an half an hour late. This is extremely displeasing because passes are timed. They do offer unlimited access during the 4 hour period. However what good is unlimited access when you are unable to enjoy the rides ? When I asked the staff what delay was for we were told the staff took they break late and we would ha e to wait until their return. It is highly disappointing. More than one person should know how to work the ride especially when the ride shuts down for various hours throughout the day and if someone delays their break patrons must wait. I feel like my money has been waisted and their is poor communication to patrons. We will not visit again and do joy recommend.

Went to Las Vegas to visit family during an extreme heat wave so we wanted something to do with our 9 year old son since he was stuck in the house. I can only review the Mini Golf since we did not do any of the other activities. It was $10 per person to do one round of Mini Golf that is 18 holes. We had fun with our son but it seems to be geared more towards kids for the mini golf. Each golf hole area is stacked on top of each other and they are small. You can get through the course pretty quickly. The dinosaur paintings and statues that was glowing was neat for the kids. Cons: 1) they have a back door that if any employee goes through in the dark area that they prop open which ruins the glow effect while playing mini golf. 2) The mini golf course is small and kids was running around not supervised just throwing golf balls at each other and getting in the way of people playing. 3) Did not see this rule on their website until after we got to the Rex Center but you can not have open toe shoes. It was in small print closer to the bottom of the website. One member of our family had sandals on so she could not go in to do the mini golf with us. Highly recommend for kids but not so much for adults.
