I took my daughter to Spring massage for her birthday and decided to get a massage while I was there with her. The massage was OK, really no complaints there. Where I have an issue is at the end of my service they added $10 on to my charge for the use of coconut oil. Keep in mind the masseuse, who did not speak good English, did not inform me that the charge was $10 and if she did I did not understand that was what she was saying. The icing on the cake came after my bill was given to me and I put the gratuity I felt the service deserved; it was then that the cashier quickly pointed out to me that I must pay at least 20% gratuity to which I declined because I had already spent $10 on coconut oil. After seeing the recent reviews and knowing the mangement changed back in Feburary, I had to try it out and i'm glad i did! The way how they handle the service and the prices too as well how they handle you as a person was soo amazing, They treat you with immense amount of kindness and professionalism. The massages themselves are also very relaxing and they ask you how much pressure on the massage you would like and thats very very helpful, and towards the end when they give you hot stones that relaxes your muscles and the warm towellets it's the best part to feel relived as my first time im definitely coming here again wish i could give more stars!

I go in for 10 minute massages regularly. Today was different, one of the lady’s said that my 10 minute massage which is usually $12 was $15... so I was guessing they raised the price or something, but realized that she was just trying to get extra money out of me. When I payed at the register she forced me to leave a tip and I left her $2 already upset that she overcharged me then she even had the audacity to tell me that’s all I’m leaving here for a tip?
