We have actually visited the center often until a recent incident. My wife and I dined at NotYourAverageJoes. They had a wine pairing night. We had driven both cars there as we met after work. After a couple glasses of wine my wife felt that it was best if she did not drive (trying to be a responsible adult). We left her car in the parking lot. When we drove back less than 12 hours later, we found one of those hard to remove stickers on the driver's side window. It was placed in the middle of the window, totally blocking her left visibility creating a dangerous situation that could easily lead to an accident. It stated that she was illegally parked overnight. When we asked the management office (Anastasia Paszkiewicz and Christie Morgan), right next to the restaurant, about any signage stating such thing, they said they have signs at the entrance to the center, not in the parking lot. So let's get this straight. Patrons are being punished for doing the right thing and not driving. Why not put an easy to peel sticker not one that requires a razor. Very poor customer relations. I can understand if I had left the car there more than 24 or 48 hours. The center's management (Roadsise Development) is doing a disservice to the restaurants by punishing their clients. They lease space to over 10 establishments that offer alcoholic beverages, but will gladly place a nasty sticker on your car if you decide that it is best to leave your car in their parking lot and not drive after a few drinks in one of their establishments. The management should change the policy, place signs IN THE PARKING LOT warning the GUESTS or at the very least change the type of sticker and its placement...
Ā Ā Ā Read more01/ 04/ 2021 between the times of: 3:30&5pm This review is specifically directed to the ice skating rink and their employees.
As my family is skating on the ice, the employee approached my family and I and states: āit has been brought to my attention that this group of people are staring at the ice skaters and itās making them feel uncomfortable so Iām going to tell you now it needs to stop!ā The audacity! We paid for the kids to ice skate and I made that very clear to the staff member while stressing that Iām feeling discriminated against because, why weāre speaking some other language? There was another family that sat next to us and stood up for us too claiming it was not fair to come up and say such things! Staff member then goes to say: āoh Iām sorry, Iām 17 and hispanicā The little girl runs and tells someone (older man with a spongebob face mask) whom of which, if he was āmanagementā was not very professional at all. The man stands on the ice and stares at my family and I for some time before running off to get SECURITY! Now Iām really feeling discriminated against. Security shows up and approaches my family and I.
I STRONGLY recommend the staff get better or proper training. Some child should not be approaching families and making accusations, that child does not get paid enough. Establish and use a chain of command. That level of professionalism has brought a high level of dissatisfaction and disappointment towards...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe shopping center itself is very nice. We love coming here for just about anything and being itās the closest shopping center with Navy Federal Iām there just about every week. However, my review is for the Saturday movie under the stars. Weāve never been but we like to have family outings every Saturday. I thought it would be a very nice and relaxing family event to go see āA Dogās Way Home.ā That was not the case at ALL. There were unsupervised kids throwing balls in every direction around peopleās heads. A few were hit. There was no one there to control the situation and parents simply donāt care. I have a seven month old baby that my husband was holding. A few kids decided to throw a football right behind him and almost hit my husband and my baby. Instead it hit the back of his chair. We asked the child if he could move a little further away to play. Only then did his mother care to get up. She came over and asked her son what we said to him. She responded with, āNo, itās okay. You can play anywhere you want.ā Iām not one to create an unnecessary scene but my husband is the only reason I did not tell this lady off. There needs to be rules and security setting...
