**Would not recommend moving here 💔** Below is my initial review that I posted with old management and a few updates from when they first took over. I’m really sad bc it sucks to live here now. The front office asst. manager Kirsten is always dry, if not rude, for some reason (in person and via email). Cindy, the manager is more professional but not as attentive or kind as the old manager was. The young man, Thomas, at the front has improved tremendously, though. I was trying to give them time to improve because I know it’s not always fair to compare a new team at a new property to the old team. However, I then remembered that the Bell Stonebridge management team was actually new when I moved in too! And they were soooo amazing. From the office team to maintenance to the cleaning ladies. So I’m not sure what the issue is with them. Cleanliness has dropped significantly. Gate key pads are faulty. Trash cans on the outside of the property are overflowing. The numbers on the elevator buttons fell off? And it’s just a bunch of little things that don’t justify the rent here. I’m experiencing an issue now with paying on the resident portal and it’s just another inconvenience to add to the list. I’ve been here for 2 years and now I have to consider moving yet again. **New Management as of Aug/Sept 2024** Pros: ~ Super convenient location! I’ve never walked so much when completing errands. I’ve even been able to walk across the street to go to the dentist. ~ Clean apartments with modern fixtures and appliances ~ Several courtyards with abundant outside seating ~ Beautiful clubhouse area overlooking the pool ~ Package lockers ~ Large windows Minor Cons: ~ New ownership so there’s a new management team. I think the maintenance guys and cleaning ladies must be new as well. ~ No ceiling fans ~ They have 2 Mac workstations in the clubhouse, but no printers. You have no ability to print documents after the leasing office closes. ~ For some reason you can’t stay in the club house area after 10 pm. This applies to students studying or simply sitting in the area without being involved in an event of any kind. ~ Gate access keypads are dead at times which is a minor security issue, but since the area is safe, it’s just annoying. ~ The dog area is listed as a “large bark park” on the website and it is not. The shaded coverings are non existent. The wood chips you see in the online photos are also non existent. It’s just dirt on the ground with gravel remnants. It’s been like this since last summer when I moved in. Major Cons: ~ SPIDERS in the warmer months. There was one hanging above my clothes from the shelf in the closet. I also came home to one on my headboard above my pillow. It’s mainly daddy long leg spiders but some smaller ones too. I saw about 2-4 a month last summer. The pest control guy said anything that he sprayed down would actually attract more to kill them so I refused and just started spraying peppermint oil and that seemed to work. ~ Security and building access. From July until about Sept/Oct 2023 there was no key fob required to access the building. Fortunately we have secured doors at every entrance now! However we don’t have a call box, so if anyone needs to access your building for food delivery, dog walking, or visiting, you’re SOL if the leasing office is closed. This has been the worst thing about this place. It’s been an “in progress” project since I moved here but the parts keep getting back ordered so still no call boxes yet. ~ Cleanliness has been lacking; trash rooms are a mess and smell terrible; dogs pee in elevators and doesn’t get mopped up for days; half of the doggy bag stations have no bags and/or are overfilled

The only reason this place deserves one star is due to their maintenance staff being phenomenal. Anytime something went wrong in my apartment they responded within 24 hours. However, this place is way overpriced, I lived there for 2 and a half years, when I was offered to resign my lease they had raised the rent $400 a month.. These apartments are outdated, old, and almost falling apart. It says online a safe and secure neighborhood, that couldn't be more far from the truth. The locked entry doors are broken half the time so the lock is broken and unlocked, or the doors are just left open at all hours of the day and night. Many times people would come up to me in the parking garage and ask to be let in, which is very uncomfortable for a single woman. The hallways smell like trash majority of the time because the trash shoots is either stuck closed or people are just too lazy to put their trash down the trash shoot. The office staff is far from friendly and not easy to get in contact with let alone they will not resolve your problem. I was mistakenly issued a parking pass and mailed it back to them when I realized the mistake. They claimed they never received the parking pass and I was charged over $300 for a parking pass that I should have never had in the first place due to their error. Needless to say I never received a refund. Overall, there are far better places to live in Woodbridge that are better priced, safer, and better quality.

I am a disabled veteran. My mother and I moved into Bell Stonebridge November 2023. We absolutely love living here! From day one, Stephen and his staff have been professional and extremely accommodating. I asked Stephen if he had personally chosen the staff. I wasn’t surprised when he responded, “Yes.” It makes perfect sense. The Bell Stonebridge staff is a reflection of Stephen. Leadership trickles down, not up. So, if I can only write one review per year I would like to give Stephen a glowing review. And yet, he could not do it without his amazing team: Janelle, Rico, Milton and Carlton. If I’ve missed someone it’s simply because I haven’t met them yet. Stephen has created an All-Star team and we are grateful. Monika M. Pickett Freddie M. Porter

**I just noticed this review has suspiciously been moved to some random apartments in another state, so I am reposting.

Unsafe, Unsecured, Overpriced apartments with RUDE new staff.

Just last night, 12/09/2017, the door to the G2 parking garage kept flashing green and unlocking every couple of seconds. Mind you, this is the same parking garage that a fellow resident had ALL FOUR WHEELS stolen from his car in the middle of the night!!! On top of that, that same G2 entrance lock malfunctions almost every time I use it, not unlocking properly and having to make multiple attempts for the reader to register your key...would hate to be in a situation where you need to get inside quickly as there's trash that blows through here late at night, and to just have the entire building open to whoever feels like coming through here stealing or worse is ridiculous & unacceptable! This issue with malfunctioning locks has occurred COUNTLESS number of times. I've usually seen all the doors unlocking like this for awhile after the fire alarms go off, which, without exaggeration, does happen very frequently. Like to sleep in on a Saturday morning? Don't count on it! This apartment building has not been able to resolve the fire alarm issue since they opened. The new 3 women, including the manager that have taken over the office staff are all very rude and incompetent. Everyone misses Parker and Melissa (staff from prior ownership)! The alarm system and the magnetic key system they use for all the doors will never be fixed! Both are just very FLAWED systems. The new ownership of this building is terrible and I would recommend anyone to avoid these overpriced, problem-ridden apartments! They actually have the audacity to try and raise everyone's rent, too! Our large window overlooking the back of the apartments also literally began to fall out of the building, out of it's framing, that had to be repaired. Very scary, you could've literally pushed a part of the building out of the unit. Sadly, the perks of this location are no...
