Oh my. I was quite excited to try this fire oven pizza place when I saw it opening in the area. I finally visited during late lunch and oh was I disappointed. The only positive thing I can say is that their pizzas are definitely thin crust, but everything else is subpar. I ordered the Thai chicken pizza and what I thought were mozzarella sticks but were parmesan dusted bread sticks (I misread that one). The sticks were handmade but the severe char on them was the only flavor I could taste. I think the dough is the issue. The dough was not proofed long enough so when it hit the brick oven it did not rise. The next issue is the sauce , the Thai pizza was so tasteless that the only flavor I could distinguish was the parmesan cheese I had the waiter top it with. Next is the cheese. My one pet peeve on pizzas is not using real mozzarella. I don’t expect real mozzarella cheese from a fast food delivery pizza or a kids pizza party but for a $14.95 pizza I expect thin slivers of mozzarella not the store brand mozzarella that has starch and anti caking agents. Lastly the sauce really needs some herbs and spices- a little garlic, parsley , oregano would definitely make it more appealing- it was not overly tart or sweet which is a positive point. Maybe I ordered the worst things on the menu or the dough was a little off that day but I may give it another try in the distant future.

We’ve gotten take out from Brixx many, many time because we are infatuated (yes I said it) with there wood fired wings and I love their cauliflower crust pizzas! The wings are the best we’ve had in the area to date and they are ordered at least once a month in our house! Today I had a chance to sit at the bar and enjoy a few apps while we waited for an order of wings to go. My daughter and I ordered the burrata board and the Brixx sticks. What a treat! The board came with two wonderful hummus speards - one was a delightfully spicy red pepper hummus and the other I believe a creamy garlic style. The burrata was rich and creamy (could have used a bit more flavor) but the Gorgonzola stuffed olives, delicate thin sliced prosciutto and tasty focaccia style bread bites all had enough flavor to make this the perfect appetizer! Our Brixx sticks came out late and a little extra crispy so the server was kind enough to remove them from our check without us asking. Overall the service was excellent and attentive and while the wings steal the show in my opinion, this burrata board might just be my new fave!

Brixx Pizza offers delicious, handmade pizza in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their menu offers a variety of options to suit all tastes, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The pizzas are cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients, and the sauces and toppings are well balanced. The staff is friendly and efficient, making for a great overall experience. Whether you're grabbing a quick slice or settling in for a night out, Brixx Pizza is a fantastic choice for any pizza lover. Brixx Pizza deserves a 5-star rating for their excellent happy hour, delicious food, and must-try garlic bread sticks. The flavor of the pizzas is great and the ingredients are fresh and well-balanced. Despite inflation, the prices are reasonable and on point. The garlic bread sticks are soft and have just the right amount of garlic, making them a standout addition to any meal. The staff is friendly and efficient, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're grabbing a quick slice or settling in for a night out, Brixx Pizza is a fantastic choice for any pizza lover.

Terrible service punctuated by filthy seats and restrooms. But, at least we were treated to the server's potty woes!

Server: Dej B Check 120 Guest Count 5 Order: 8/23/25 7:51 PM

I've been to this Brixx location several times over the last year and I can count on three things, each time I visit: The Pizzas are consistently good. The service is consistently terrible. The restaurant is filthy.

I've worked in retail and food service-adjacent and I understand that everyone has an off day. But, my last visit included a truly impressive display of neglect and unprofessionalism. It was gross.

After being seating, my family waited for about 15 minutes before being greeted by our server (Dej). On arrival, Dej apologized for the wait, but she "...had to fix my schedule, because they were arguing with me...". I don't care about her schedule and it's inappropriate to voice that issue as part of a greeting, but here we are. Dej took our order and was off. Over the course of the next hour or so, Dej only visited once to help deliver food and she did not check back. Since the food took about 25 minutes to arrive, half of my family had finished their drinks.

Eventually, we all stopped eating and stared needfully for help. One employee, Male 1, was sitting with some female guests and eating from their plates - no help there. Another employee, Male 2, (it was unclear what his role was), spent the entirety of his shift fondling the hair of the hostess. He only paused long enough for her to seat other guests, then went back to petting, stoking, and playing with her ponytail. After a while, Male 1 swapped to another table of young women, sat down, and ate from their plates, too. Eventually, another employee, Male 3, noticed us staring and graced us with a visit. But, not before whispering a joke to the other employees standing around him, clearly at our expense, as they all looked our way and enjoyed a raucous laugh. I requested refills and a check. He acknowledged and left. He came back after about 5 minutes to refill our teas, but not my son's lemonade, which Male 3 explained would be ready in "...just a minute...". After about 10 more minutes, we decided the lemonade wasn't coming, so we tried needful staring again. After another 10 minutes, it was clear we were going to receive no lemonade and it was time to go. By this point my son had spent his whole meal without any sort of drink.

I walked to the bar to be ignored for about 5 more minutes (to be fair, the bar was moderately busy) and I asked another employee (Female 2) folding napkins to help. She got the attention of Male 3, who then printed my check. At about the same time, Dej raced over to explain she had not been back, because she was, "...stuck in the bathroom with no toilet paper...". Again, I don't care about her TP woes, nor is that an appropriate comment to customers in food service. Yes, people defecate. And no, we don't want to be reminded of it by people handling our food, while at a restaurant.

I paid and we left - still without lemonade.

Related, the tables were dirty, the seats had food in them, and the bathrooms were disgusting, as usual. Honestly, how hard is it to just empty the trash bin?

This visit was the capstone in a series of visits that left us frustrated and underserved. It would be easy to blame the staff only, but these behaviors indicate serious issues with management. The quality/taste of pizza does not outweigh consistently awful customer...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Brixx Wood Fire Pizza in Woodbridge. As soon as we walked in, we saw a customer leaving after sitting at his table for 20 minutes without any service. We should have taken that as a sign to leave, but unfortunately, we stayed.

We were seated and waited for about 10-15 minutes before anyone took our drink order. My son was given a kids menu that had already been colored on, which was quite shocking as I’ve never seen a restaurant reuse disposable kids menus.

When I went to the men’s restroom, I saw an employee, who turned out to be the shift leader or manager, sitting at a computer with her feet up and engrossed in her phone. The bathroom itself was in terrible condition with paper towels all over the floor and water on the counter.

Back at our table, we observed the same shift leader calling all servers for a meeting because multiple customers were walking out due to poor service. This meeting further delayed us from getting any service, and after the meeting, the shift leader resumed her phone activity. Our server, though nice, provided only okay service. The drinking glasses smelled moldy, our artichoke and spinach dip arrived cold, and the pizzas were subpar.

Throughout our visit, we noticed employees sitting around on their phones, ignoring customers. Other customers near us waited 20-25 minutes for a beer to arrive to thier table, only to turn it away because it took to long. Several employees were hanging out behind the bar, eating and drinking while customers were waiting for service.

The servers weren’t assigned to specific areas, which added to the chaos and inefficiency. The lack of leadership and organization was astounding. Whoever is responsible for this place should seriously reconsider the current staff and find employees who actually want to take care of customers. FIND NEW MANAGEMENT!

At the bottom of the receipt there is a survey code but no website to complete the survey. Make sense with how horrible...

I am a big fan of the Brixx company and frequented the location in Franklin, TN when I lived there. Great food and great beer selection! This location is HORRIBLE! I dined at the bar and a female bartender wiped the very dirty bar top and gave menus then walked away. It took about 10 - 15 minutes for another male bartender to come and take my order. I ordered pizza to go and a drink. My drink came promptly and I waited on my pizza. A very long while goes by and my pizza is not ready...to my knowledge. I also wanted to order a shot but no one had come by in at least 20 minutes (not exagerating). I was one of the few women at the bar and everyone else (all the men) were given great service and even some who arrived after me had been helped before I had been helped at all. Finally my friend flags down someone wearing a black polo who looked like a manager. We said we hadn't been helped in 30 minutes and the manager responds "ok. What can I help you with?" We asked about our pizza and apparently it had been put in the warmer a while ago without anyone telling us it was ready. We told the manager we decided to eat it here instead of take it to go. He turns around and puts the pizza on a platter and with an annoyed attitude puts it in front of us. We had no plates, no napkins, no silverware.... we asked for plates and napkins and he almost rolled his eyes and without saying anything put plates in front of us and a small stack of beverage napkins. Then said, annoyed, "is there anything else I can get you?" I was disappointed with the bartenders, but I'm extremely disappointed with this manager. (He worked Saturday night, September 21st). He had a very rude demeanor, and never apologized for our lack of service. I just hope that the district manager gives the management team at this location more training on customer service and that they hire better bartenders.... avoid sitting at the bar, get a great waiter or...
