Worst experience ever. We owned a phone out right, were told by one of the sprint employees that we had to trade that phone in for one of theirs and we would get a credit for it. We find out later that the phone we had was completely compatible to use on the sprint network and now we're repaying for the same phone we already owned before AND WE NEVER GOT A CREDIT FOR THE PHONE WE OWNED. Every time we go in this store the manager is always rude (probably because of all the dissatisfied customers) and the employees that are nice and respectful just seem to be trying to get something out of you. We fell for their scams and gimmicks and hopefully someone will read this and it saves them from falling for them too. Not to mention the cellular service is GARBAGE. And the prices and promotions sound great at first but then you get the bill and it's nothing like the employee talked about. I paid $175/month (before the promotion period ended) for 2 phones unlimited everything but only used a maximum avg. of 6GB every month. I'm at Verizon now, where they treat you well and actually mean it, always are willing to work with you and help you, and you can actually use the phone you pay for because you'll have reception on their network, and I pay $185 for 2 phones w/ 8GB data and unlimited talk/text. Do yourself a favor, never deal with this company. I had a better experience...
Read moreTerrible experience overall. My SO and I came to switch carriers with the offer for getting the Iphone 12s on them. It started out good with the intention we would get the reimbursement up to $650/line and promotion. We were able to port the devices and transfer the numbers with no issues, went home, phones working, great and was told was working on the old phones for reimbursement - 11 and 11pro. Day later, I get a bill for over $1000 with AT&T, as the phones were never reimbursed because it didn't qualify. This wasn't voiced at the spot, we were told would still be working on it. Either way, that is a lot of money (especially during these times) if we intentionally switched with hopes to have a lower bill, in this case if I could have paid that money on my own with AT&T and just stayed. Called Customer service, and turns out you can't have the reimbursement and the promotion; clearly this was not known at this location. This is something all employees should be aware of to prevent issues like this from happening. Apparently, nothing could be done on their end in the store, so I called customer service, they apologized several times, but wasn't much help either, but was offered a $20 monthly credit on my bill for the next 3 months. After that, I switched to Verizon with success and no issues...
Read moreI just went to this store- the customer service I received was on point. to tell a little more about my story- I was going in to buy the active 2 watch- I called around and they were the only store that said they were in stock- they had 1 phone in stock which they held for me since I was right down the road. when I went into the store- they turned their attention to me and told me someone would be right with me- a young lady Ashely walked from the county and told me that she is the manager and asked how could I help. - I told her that I wanted to buy the active 2 watch but first wanted to look at it. she went ahead and grab the box so it would not be sold to anyone else- she allowed me to take my time talked to me about the plans I was on, she helped me save a few extra dollars, and she helped me fully and ensured I was satisfied. She also because she knew I was possibly interested in to gave me her number so she can ensure there is one at the store if I decide to grab another- she told me to just call before hand she will find one and deliver it to the store if needed.
This is great customer service- this is what its about! This is a gift to my wife- and she is very happy with her new...
