I have been a loyal customer for years, especially in the photo department. Over the years there have been some mess ups, but usually if I show the person helping me, they always make it right. Today was different and I will not be back. The response I received today from the woman helping me was as if she didn’t care that my images had been cut off at the top. She didn’t ask to see them or try and figure it out with me. She just kept saying “that must be how we received them.” I’ve done this enough over my 10 year photo career to know it wasn’t. I checked every photo and checked it again when I got home to make sure it wasn’t my fault. It wasn’t. It was a machine error. I usually go to a higher quality print company, but I needed the images fast for my students. Walgreen’s machine must have been off a little and cut the top of my logo off. It was only on a few photos and it wouldn’t have been a big deal.. I just needed her to help me. Being someone who has printed photos on my own large scale printer, I know that the photo paper can get shifted just slightly and catch the images causing there to be a few cm off. I left out of frustration stating I would take my business elsewhere. I said thank you as I turned to walk away and she made sure to say “you’re welcome!” with a sharpness so I would definitely hear it. Read moreI go every 2 weeks for several prescriptions. The absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever experienced. The male Pharmacist is shockingly ignorant about medicine, products and when they are given and what Walgreens supplies . The techs working in pharmacy are rude and not helpful. They dont follow through with what they say, you never know if they are being honest or accurate . I called once at 1:20 then a girl came on line at 1:30 and said call back later and hung up.. i know its lunch but at least be nice. When i need help or have a question with insurance or prescriptions they dont want to help, cant be bothered. They pretty much do nothing good. I had one nice experience in the past year with an older female pharmacist . Unfortunately she isn’t enough to make up for her co workers. Read moreThis location is terrible as far as the pharmacy goes. I went to the pharmacy consultation to ask a question about allergies and what I could take since I'm pregnant. The technician on staff immediately acknowledged me and told me the pharmacist would be right with me. I literally stood there almost 10 minutes while he fiddled around and pretended that I had never walked up. I heard the tech tell him I was waiting for him too and he said nothing. When he finally came over, he just said, ask your doctor and walked off. iWork at cvs as a lead tech and this was a fantastic way to get a glimpse of how the competition works and I was astonished. My pharmacists would never talk to a customer like that or even keep them waiting for 10 minutes. And they always know what drugs are safe since they did go to pharmacy school for 6-8 years. Come...
