Tan-Cha — Attraction in Alafaya

My daughter saw this place on tiktok and we had to go try it out. Needless to say we had high hopes and it just fell alittle short. When walking in everything was clean and orderly. We ordered with no wait. The guy that took our order gave us recognitions since it was our first time there. Everything was great and everything went smoothly. Drinks took a bit to make, so we waited a bit longer than expect but still not bad timing. After getting our drinks we tried each one and they all had a flavor but it was a slight flavor, nothing strong. My sons drink tasted plain. Mine and my daughters had a slight more to it but not enough. We drove 45 minutes out of the way to go, but not sure it was worth it, maybe just to say we went and tried it, but probably won't go back. We have had many different types of bubble tea/ boba and the place just doesn't hit the mark for flavor for the price. Everything was clean, orderly, with fast service for the most part, and the employees were really nice, but for the overall product, I wouldn't recommend compared to...

I went there last week and was super excited to try it out, but didn't even get to taste either of them. The yellow one that had fruits in it had a strawberry that initially I thought it had an air bubble, but once we fished it out, it turned out to be mold. Told them, and they said sorry that it was made the day before and assured me that mine(strawberry smoothie) had fresh ones. They offered to make us another drink, but we opted to get a refund because that's unacceptable, and we were put off. The moral of the story is to look at the fruits floating in it! Thank goodness we didn't see it after we had finished the drink! Ps. I dont think this will necessarily make it a bad place per se, but it's a hard pass for me. Went Tuesday (7/23) and ordered a peach tea with boba. I came home and towards the end of my drink, I felt something in my mouth that didn’t feel right. I pulled out what appeared to be a piece of sponge. I really didn’t want to write this review, however I reached out through email and Instagram to try and get a response but no one has answered. I used to love this place but I will no longer be coming back since they clearly don’t care about cleaning standards and making things right.
