Excellent service!
I was at the checkout stand about to be assisted and I recieved a phone call from my mother asking me to get her a makeup item which I had no idea where to find. The target associate Leah who was ringing my items was so kind and helpful. She had an associate from the cosmetics dept. come to my assistance and get the item from the shelves by a picture I showed her while i was still checking out.
Selena from the cosmetics dept returned to tell me the item was actually out of stock. Instead of just leaving it at that she got on her phone and found the nearest store to me that had it in stock. They were both excellent and truly astounded me with their professionalism and pure eagerness to make sure I left happy.
The entire time I kept thinking how I didn't even ask to be catered to, or even ask for Leah to assist with my trek to find my mother's item... But here I was, about to get out of line on my own accord, and instead I got checked out and catered to like I was someone who mattered.
This is why I love target and why I will never use a self checkout stand (especially at Target) again. None of this could have happened without the happy faces of Leah and...
Read moreRacist workers there. My husband & I were checking out at the self check out. I noticed that someone was constantly watching us while we were checking out. By the way, we were at the register in front of where the entrance was. As we were about to walk out, the lady that was watching the WHOLE TIME we were checking out, she stopped us to see our receipt. I have not seen them do that at all. Oh course I had a comment saying, “Did they do that to all the other people before for us?” Which not, yet since we are a black family, my son was with us. While she was looking at the receipt she of course assumed that we didn’t pay for the wipes and pull ups on the bottom of the chart. She asked us, “Are you going to pay for that?” I got upset, I told her YES, WE paid it! It was the first thing we scanned I thought it my head. She seriously had the nerves to ask that!!!! Of course, after she actually looked at the receipt, she of course of course saw that we paid for EVERYTHING in the basket! While we were waiting in line at Starbucks, I was watching. After us she only checked out person!!! She left for a while came back and went to the front but of course didn’t check...
Read moreHad a horrible experience on 1/4/25. Cashier on register 1 at 4:06pm. My son was purchasing modern warfare 6 on Xbox digital. My son came back and informed me the cashier told him he needed an ID. My son and I both got back in line to do the purchase. I told her I wanted to purchase the game my son wanted to get. She seemed confused and told me if I had my ID, I said yes I do. She scanned it and I told my son to hand her his Christmas money he had. She went on to say “oh my god, you’re going to have him pay?” . I said yes it’s his Christmas money. She went on to say it was against the law for him to hand the money to pay for the game. I told her it’s a game, but I can take his money and hand it over to her. She said “ too late, they already saw it(meaning the cameras). I told her why is she making it a big deal when it’s just a game. She said because it’s against the law and she can lose her job. There was no signs where the product was, behind the card stating any such law or that an ID was required. This cashier definitely left a bad taste on visiting...
