Latest Update 2/28/2024 It was yet another lovely experience at "my" Ulta. I truly can not stay out of this store and the Ulta Employees don't make it easy :) They are wonderful at this location. There are a few of the employees that I specifically would love to give a Thank You to on this trip.
2/24/2024 Hana and Nata are so much fun and funny! They both helped me in different ways. They are both so knowledgable. Nata had helped me with picking out some new face care products and she is good! They both were so patient and friendly. THANK YOU AGAIN, ULTA!!! NC
Another Update Once again had a wonderful experience at this store. Chanda helped me today with figuring a good skin care routine (she has insanely great skin, so obviously I wanted to know what she does). She was so patient, friendly, knowledgable, and a great listener. Thank you so much Chanda for giving me another great experience at Ulta @Toco
** 1/24/2024 I am still a huge fan of this location! The customer service from all is so good. I do want to recognize a few specific employees.
Tania- was so patient, knowledgeable, fun to talk with, and with great customer service.
Jaylyn- is always so welcoming. It's so nice to be welcomed by Jaylyn, she is so friendly, kind, and always so helpful.
Lucy- is so sweet, cheerful, and friendly. I feel like when you have great mangers, it trickles down to the whole team and Lucy proves that.
And Maria- I have not met before, but she has the most wonderful phone etiquette. She was patient and so helpful with putting a product on hold for me.

Read moreI only recommend u shop at this location if u don't need any assistance because the customer service is beyond horrible!! I stopped an employee on floor to ask could she assist me in choosing correct concealer. She was so blatantly rude I stopped talking & said I'm sorry are u off work?? Because the way she made sure to keep letting me see her look at time on her ph & it was an hour before closing I assumed I stopped her as she was walking out door. She replied rudly no but I was about to go on break! I said OK don't worry I'm good! She then said in a dry voice if you're still here when I'm back I will help u because I am the only person here who can color match. I repeated that I was good & didn't want someone with her attitude pretending to help me. She basically shrugged & walked off laughing. I stayed against my better judgement because I didn't feel like traveling across town the next day to another location only to get to register where there was about 5 ladies behind the register but only one helping customers while the others laughed & talked & pretended to change trash bags. As I waited in line & a line formed behind me they continued laughing & talking. As the only young lady who was ringing up customers (she was sooo pleasant) finished up & I was next, one of the ones laughing & talking turned around & said can I help u. I tried to hold my composure because I honestly assumed all of them were off because that level of bad service is always crazy to witness. As I walked up I said wow I thought all of u were off the way u guys just watched the line form. She just laughed & said did u find everything ok? I said no but don't act like u care u are just saying what they trained u to say. She actually laughed again & just kept chit chatting with the other ladies. My receipt says her name was Stephanie
It's so disappointing the service I got because I wasn't finished shopping but I refused to get anything other than what I needed right away. I went somewhere else the following day to get the other items I wanted.
This location is NOT for the person looking for ANY assistance!!
And to the person responding to ALLL the negative reviews about the horrible customer service they received please don't waste my time pretending to care because those reviews go back almost a year & I was just there last week so clearly there hasn't been any effort for improvement because those ladies didn't have a care in the world about the lack of service they were providing. Read moreIf I could give this Ulta location a negative zero, I would. But, since I cannot I'm begrudgingly giving it a one star. My husband and I (both African-American) came to this location today, January 7th, 2024. When we entered no one acknowledged or greeted us. Once we were inside the store we walked towards the aisle where the Juvia's Place cosmetics were and I searched high and low for a specific color lipstick. As I searched, a short haired (or bald) female watched contently as I struggled to search for the lipstick, never one time asking if I needed help. After a while, we left. While in the car I went on to the Juvia's Place website to see if the color lipstick I searched high and low for in a store I'm not even an employee in would be available on their website. Needless to say, the specific color wasn't in stock. I did, however, find another color that I liked and noticed Ulta had. About thirty minutes later, my husband and I returned. This time, he didn't come into the store with me. While in the Juvia's Place aisle, I tell a woman "excuse me" not realizing she was a former parent of mine - who by the way (I shouldn't have to say it in this review but, here I am.) was a caucasian woman. To my surprise four different employees felt it was okay to ask if I needed any help. Which was strange. Why didn't y'all ask if I needed help when I an African American woman was with her husband ready to spend money in this location was treated this way. I hope you all get it together because from reading a majority of your reviews your customer service SUCKS! I hope you all teach your employees that in customer service, if people are in your store ready to spend money that they don't get to pick and choose which customers they don't want to help based on the color of their skin.
Ulta—-I’m reading your post. I feel like you only posted that to “save face” but I’ve been in your store NUMEROUS times and the judgement I’ve received based from the color of my skin at this particular location is BEYOND me.
