I absolutely love the collection of stores and restaurants being put in at the new Valley Ranch Town Center. The anchor stores, which include Academy, Kroger, and Hobby Lobby among others, are fairly traditional for our area, but are rarely featured in the same actual shopping center like they are in the Valley Ranch Center (usually the centers are in the same general area or adjacent to each other). You have the usual suspects you'd expect to find in similar retail hubs like Panda Express, Chili's, Petsmart, Ross, etc. BUT I was so excited to also see an ULTA, TJ Maxx, and Rack Room Shoes open up here along with MANY other stores already opened or scheduled to open soon. Plus, they have great new dining spots like Pizza Cucinova, The Toasted Yolk, and Shogun, all of which I have tried and they are fantastic (I highly recommend the Steak and Gorgonzola Pizza from Cucinova, the Bloody Marys from the Toasted Yolk, and everything Shogun offers). In addition to all of the shopping and dining options, you'll be able to head here for multiple offerings in Entertainment such as the Cinemark Movie Theatre, which opened a few months ago. It is equally exciting to hear what they have planned for the Valley Ranch Town Center in the future (which includes even more great places to shop and eat). Plans include a massive park and green space, splash pads, a fitness facility, and a 16,000 seat Amphitheater. This will all be in addition to the state of the art Texas Drive Stadium (which seats 8,500). Valley Ranch is already playing host to fantastic events you will want to check out (head to their Facebook page for the calendar, event details, and updates). The center is convenient to get in and out of with entrances off of 99, Community Drive via the overpass, or the feeder of 59S. There is ample parking. It doesn't feel as if the businesses are sitting right on top of each other. You can literally get almost everything on your to do list finished with one visit here. Salon appointments, banking, dry cleaning, cell phone services, dental and medical visits, ALL OF YOUR SHOPPING NEEDS, grab a bite, catch a movie... You name it! And, the list of offerings just keeps growing. So glad this is right in my neck...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe valley ranch Town center is a great town center I mean I wouldn't say it's the best town center in America but it's better than the valley pasture town center I would have to say they could put a little more town on a little less valley in it but you know one of you're going somewhere and you need things if this is what you've got you get what you need out of what you got you got to go places to get things this place exists it's close to where you live you got to go there I mean I gave it five stars so I don't live over there I must have just stopped there for some reason but you know what I don't give everybody five stars finally if people five stars if they've done something where they went out of their way to help me because if they don't I don't in any way think to just go in and review them The only other time I give somebody review is if they go out of their way to make me very angry or if they try to intentionally steal from you and stuff like that valley ranch Town center would never do that but I'd probably stay away from like you know Crosby Town center Dayton Town center channelview Town center I'm pretty much anything you know that's that's not the valley Town ranch you know but they don't have good parties there anymore though I don't know and maybe we should just get together and read books and have pillow fights in the town center then it was like the coolest place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI cannot believe how much New Caney/Porter has changed since Valley Ranch made its appearance!!! I hardly go 1960 toward Humble anymore thanks to the explosion of stores and restaurants headed closer to where I live. The convenience of 99 from Huffman to Valley Ranch is amazing!!! Other than the price of the toll, which I totally think is priced extremely high for the short distance and just goes to show that the state will take advantage of people no matter what, the ease of getting there is such a difference from having to go 1485 to 59 feeder. The Hobby Lobby is almost as big and nice as Humbleās and the Kroger, in my opinion, runs a tight race with Northpark. Take out the crowd from Humble/Kingwood and the traffic and boom we have ourselves a winner winner chicken dinner. My wish is that for Samās to get back out here and Pappasitoāsā¦.Iām waiting!!! If you havenāt given Valley Ranch a try, you really should. Just like Jade Palace in humbleā¦..they are both worth...
