North Conway Music Center — Attraction in Conway

During our annual trip to New Hampshire, me and my bf stopped in just to browse. Gary, the owner, was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have been in this store, many years ago. I was passing through North Conway on tour, so I stopped in, Gary seemed like a nice guy, I went in to play some guitars, Gary’s Nylon selection was not great at all. He only had 2 below par guitars. After playing 3 songs on the one I picked up Gary asked if I was going to buy the guitar and I said no and he took the guitar away. And said “these are not for messing around on”. Called up this store after calling 5 other stores looking for a 5 string resonator banjo. They had a few models i was interested in. Went inside to a beautiful shop and got to try out their stock, found on I liked and asked a few questions as I'm a newer player. The associate I worked with was awesome and very knowledgeable.
