Terry's Custom Framing and Art Gallery — Attraction in Conway

I had a picture that meant a great deal to me, in a one of a kind frame, that was broken when I moved into my new home. My mother broke it accidentally. I took the picture of myself the day I was headed to court to divorce the abusive husband that broke my back. It’s the last picture I have of myself, from that time period, from my hometown. And the last I have of myself with a smile. My mom took it to Terry to have them replicate the frame, explaining to them that we were going through hardship and she wasn’t working at the time and it would take a long time to pick the picture up. When she got her job, she went to get the picture, the day after a tree had fallen on our house and impaled the roof and Terry and who I can only assume is his wife, were extremely rude to her. Not only was the frame scratched, and extremely dusty, which the woman wiped with her hand in front of her, not even with a cloth, the picture was warped under the glass. They made it out to be her fault since “it took so long for her to pick it up and they can’t store things for people”. My mother has owned her own antique store and been in the business of customer service all her life and I have been for 13 years myself and she has never been spoken to the way she was spoken to at this establishment. Not only will I never bring any business back to this place, but I will actively discourage others from bringing their business here as well, since I have other items that need to be framed, including my diploma. They didn’t even match the broken frame well. It’s clearly much thinner than the frame I had, I could have bought the frame they gave me at Home Depot. She made me promise not to leave my review until they had fixed the frame a second time, but as it is, I’ll probably buy a new frame from a another place. This frame is nothing like...

I have been dealing with Jack, Shirley and Steve since they moved to Conway many years ago! Their work is unparalleled! Their frames are not only beautiful but expertly constructed. The selection is unreal, turnaround time is ALWAYS fast, and the work is fantastic! I have a picture I can see from here that I have had for over 12 yrs that Jack did for me and it still looks great.
