A few weeks ago, I hosted my daughter’s birthday party at this trampoline park, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Overpriced and Poor Value – Compared to competitors like Off the Wall and Urban Air, the pricing was uncompetitive. We paid $60 per child for a two-hour party, only to find that they adjusted their packages and timing the following week. It felt like bad timing on my end, but still frustrating. Unprofessional and Rude Management – The manager, Alan Weinhaus, was rude and unaccommodating. Several of my guests had signed waivers online beforehand, yet they were asked to redo them upon arrival. When I brought this up, Alan dismissively told me that this was never an issue before and that my guests were the only ones affected. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism and empathy, he was condescending and unhelpful. Party Delays and No Flexibility – Due to the check-in process and waiver issues, our party was delayed by at least 15 minutes. When I politely asked if the kids could get extra time to make up for the delay, Alan refused, blaming the parents for not completing the waiver correctly. Having attended many parties at Urban Air and Off the Wall, I’ve never encountered this kind of issue.
Overall, my experience as a parent was disappointing, mainly due to Alan’s lack of customer service skills and refusal to handle concerns with tact and empathy.
The only good thing I can say is the kids, including my daughter did have a lot of fun but wished they had more time. The girls that handled our party - Joemy and Jaleah were kind and helpful. This place has potential but i will likely never have another birthday party there with management like...
Read moreI would like to begin by expressing my appreciation for the new trampoline park in Coral Springs—it’s great to have another activity option for kids in the area. I think the concept of Altitude is excellent, and the pricing appears to be quite reasonable for the experience provided.
However, the reason I am leaving a 3-star review instead of 5 stars is due to a policy I find somewhat disappointing. Specifically, I am frustrated by the requirement to purchase their socks at $4.24 each, rather than allowing customers to use any socks with the appropriate safety features. Between my three children, we have accumulated over 20 pairs of socks from various trampoline parks, all of which meet the necessary safety standards (rubber grips on the bottom). It seems wasteful, and I don't understand why the brand of the socks matters as long as they are safe.
I also noted a highly disruptive, high-pitched sound emanating from a massage chair, as the individual seated in it refused to vacate. This created a significant disturbance for everyone in the vicinity. It is concerning that alarms are placed on the chairs within your facility, likely intended to encourage payment for extended use. Such practices may come across as an additional revenue strategy, but they certainly detract from the overall experience for other patrons.
Because of this, I do not plan on purchasing a membership, nor do I plan to be a regular at...
Read moreI went here during the week with my children and brought some friends with their children with me. Was told I had to pay 5.00 just to watch my kids in close range, mind you my youngest is two so of course I have to watch her. After an hour of being there I was approached by a worker who told me I needed to purchase altitude socks which I was never told upon paying, I asked to speak to a manager because why are they now telling me this an hour into our 2 hour session. He was extremely impolite and proceeded to tell me if I wasn’t going to purchase their socks I had to get off and sit behind the gates, than he tells my friend who is holding her baby who doesn’t even walk yet he cannot have on shoes, mind you she was holding him and he was wearing crib shoes with a soft bottom. I will never go back again, complete money grab and they do not care about their customers. Oh and not to mention after all of this and we got off the floor the manager and workers proceeded to look over at me and my friends and laugh in our faces. The workers don’t even pay attention to the children they sat around and just talked which is why I wanted to be up there with them. My son came back crying because the kids were hitting balls at his face during dodgeball which most places have supervision unlike this place where they sat around and talked to eachother instead of...
