On the Service it was horrible! The cakes are delicious and I have been supporting Nothing Bundt cakes during this tough time we are having with the Covid-19 Pandemic. I purchased cakes there before and till this date @ the Coral Spring store on University and today I was suppose to pick up my cake @ 12 noon. There was a young lady at the door and she asked if I was picking up a cake and I said yes . The cake was for my sister in-law who is a Nurse whos birthday is today. The cake was not the issue, I thought I ordered the little mini bundt cakes also on line and it was explained to me by the young lady who took cared of me at the door, that I purchased little ornaments for 12.00 instead. I asked if they can make the switch and I will pay for the difference on the dozen mini bundt cakes that I wanted. She was able to accommodate me. When the transaction was over and the credit was issued I asked if I can have a little box to separate the dozen. I wanted to do the neighborly thing during these tough Pandemic times and share the bundt cake. All I did was ask for an extra box and the young lady who came from the back of the bakery came to the door and said in a rude manner that she can not give me an extra box and walked away. She didn't even let me say that I will pay for it. I was embarrassed because she did it in front of her associates and the person that was practicing social distancing heard it also. She talked to me in a rude manner and I was disappointed. All for a box to share with my neighbors. At that point I took a drive to the dollar tree and spent $2.00 on a cup cake container and washed it at home and placed 6 cupcakes each for my next door neighbor. The associates need more training on customer eccentricity and during these hard times to be so nasty and rude. All for asking for a box. People should not be treated this way. We are suppose to help each other. When I told my neighbors the story of what happened they could not believe how I was treated. They did love the mini cakes but thats not the point. I had to go somewhere else to purchase a box that I was willing to pay for but the young lady was sooooo rude she walked away. Today I spent over 60.00 on my purchase for such horrible service. Very...
Read moreFirst time going into the store, I go up to the display and was asked what I wanted before I got to look at the cakes- that's perfectly normal, most people who come here already have an idea of what they want. I told her it was my first time here and was just overwhelmed by the cakes and was going to see and she gave a deadpan stare with no response. Okay...glanced down, asked how much the bundtlets were and she said the price and asked if I was ready yet. Hold up. Literally 10 seconds in the store and I had to know all the flavors without even seeing the cakes--at this point I just felt rushed and chose the first two flavors I saw. Was given a dismissive farewell and I left without looking at the rest of the store. Looked down at my phone. A stellar 1 minute had passed. I worked in retail for 4 years, I get it. There are a lot of rude, slow customers who show up a minute before closing and argue with you when you mention it, but if that wasn't the case here for someone visiting for the first time, with no lines, 3 hours before closing, what's with the rush? A case of the burn outs...It obviously doesn't reflect the service at every location, but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. In regards to the cakes: vanilla is great, red...
Read moreRegrettably, I can only visit your store once a year, and during this time, I always look forward to purchasing the key lime flavor. However, I am disappointed to find that this flavor is often sold out. The store representative explained that it's a high-demand product and they are unable to restock it. I managed to purchase twelve units during my last visit, but I believe the availability of this flavor should be extended beyond its current limited window. I understand that maintaining inventory can be challenging, but considering the strong demand from customers, I suggest adding the key lime flavor to your menu year-round. While I appreciate the recommendation to try the lemon flavor, it does not compare to the unique taste of the key lime. As a dedicated customer, I hope my feedback reaches the relevant decision-makers and prompts a reconsideration of the availability of the key lime flavor. Thank you for your attention to this matter. No stores in my area have the key line flavor so that says a lot. Bring in this flavor on would definitely bring more revenue for your store.Especially customers like myself that like...
