Livello is more than just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Chef Bruno is top-notch, and his passion, talent, and integrity shine through in every detail—from the food to the service to the atmosphere. His devotion is evident in the way he leads his team, and it creates a ripple effect throughout the restaurant. The staff provides impeccable service with genuine warmth and professionalism.
We used to frequent a restaurant where Chef Bruno was previously the chef, and it has been such a joy to watch his journey evolve. Seeing him take on and create something of his own at Livello has been truly inspiring. His integrity and dedication to excellence haven’t changed—in fact, they’ve only deepened—and it’s what makes Livello feel so special.
The food is of the absolute finest quality, and each visit brings exciting new creations. One of the things we love most is that Chef Bruno is always willing to modify dishes to your preferences, ensuring there’s always something you’ll enjoy. Every plate is a masterpiece—both in presentation and flavor—with generous portions that never sacrifice quality.
Chef Bruno’s personal touch truly sets Livello apart. He often walks around the restaurant to greet guests, check in on their dining experience, and make sure everything is perfect. His presence is calm, kind, and confident….and that level of integrity sets the tone for the entire dining experience.
The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with a warm, elegant yet simple décor that makes every meal feel like a special occasion. You can tell the team behind Livello truly enjoys what they do—everything runs smoothly, and the morale is clearly high.
We’ve even used Bruno and his team for catering a party at our home, and it was just as exceptional. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and the staff was incredibly adaptive, helpful, and fun to have around. They brought the same level of excellence from the restaurant right into our living room.
Livello is our go-to for date nights, special events, or when we want a truly elevated dining experience. Chef Bruno has created something remarkable—an atmosphere built on talent, hospitality, and unwavering integrity. We can’t recommend it highly...
Read moreI'm a foodie and I've been to 88 countries. I just had my best meal in 70 years. When I asked about specials he said they had a fantastic seafood risotto with scallops, calamari, lobster, jumbo shrimp, clams, and mussels. I ordered this and my wife and I had their fantastic bread and a glass of excellent sangria while waiting. We made the mistake of ordering a second glass of sangria before our dinner was served because the proportions were huge. Before the dinner arrived I told my wife I would probably be disappointed because last June I had a wonderful seafood risotto in a restaurant in Civitavecchia, Italy, with fresh seafood. Best lunch ever.
I was blown away with my meal. The dish was amazing. I could only finish half but I look forward to eating the second half for lunch tomorrow. I knew the chef was the chef at Tavolino Della Notte in Coral Springs which closed. He was sitting in the restaurant and I told him that this meal was the best meal I ever tasted. My wife was convinced to try their carrot cake for desert. The portion was huge and we took 80% home but it was the best carrot cake I ever ate.
I must warn you the seafood risotto was a special & was $120. I didn't ask the cost before ordering and I may not have ordered it if I had been told it was $120. My wonderful seafood risotto lunch in Italy was about $20. The meal could easily feed two people. I've eaten in 5 star Michelin restaurants in countries where there are no prices on the menu and the average meal is $200 and I haven't had a better meal than that seafood risotto. My wife laughed when she saw the bill because her meal was $26 and mine was $120 but considering how much I enjoyed it, it was definitely worth it and I'm glad I ordered it.
So if you want to splurge and have one of the best meals in your life, ask for their seafood risotto special. It is definitely worth it. I have no affiliation with anyone in the restaurant and this is the first restaurant review I've ever written. ...
Read moreIt's been a while since i visited Chef Bruno Silva 's restaurant Livello in Coral Springs, so i decided to stop in and boy am i glad i did. The restaurant was full on a Tuesday night, but luckily a table opened up right when i got there. I asked the hostess if we could have the last table and told her, i know Chef Bruno. She laughed and said everyone knows him. At that moment i realized she was right, and luckily for me, he happened to walk by and said hello Richie you here for dinner? and seated me and my guest at the last table. He made us feel special, Thank you chef ❤️ We started with a bottle of Brunello which was delicious red blend, slightly dry but smooth. The bread was right out of the oven, and delicious, we started with the Philly cheese steak egg rolls, they were perfectly flaked battered and fresh and the Meatball appetizer, which i highly recommend, is the best around. We then ordered the Butternut squash ravioli which was freshly made with Mascarpone cheese, sage brown butter, dehydrated cranberries, peppercorn honey, Pistachio that was too die for, and the Seafood Paella special with Jumbo Shrimp, Crab, Lobster, Clams, Scallops and mussels was served over risotto with a perfectly seasoned sweet and Tangy sauce that was out of this world. The portion was huge, this plate alone is enough for 2 people, I finished off this delicious meal with a home made Banana Foster cheesecake and Pistachio Cheesecake. It was as good as it sounds, the food was excellent, the ambiance, my company and Chef Bruno checking on our table periodically made for the perfect evening. Livello has become Coral Springs premiere fine dining establishment. If you haven't been here, RUN don't walk to Livello, and tell Bruno, ...
