If Reviewing city hall is a thing, then sign me up. Been to this place a few times and very easy to get to off fair drive across the fairgrounds. Very clean with accessible parking. The receptionist on the bottom floor are friendly. They direct you to the elevator. The people working on the second floor seem to have a nice work environment although felt like I was in a DMV...
