Called Kelly's appliance regarding a continuously running Bosch dishwasher after reviewing tips on Google which suggested a bad control board solder connection. The tech (Stephen I think) showed up at the appointed time with a new board and after his exam, went ahead and replaced it. Everything worked fine, well for the next 3 or 4 washings, then it did the same as before, didn't finish the cycle, ran forever. So I assume either a bad new board or something else causing. Called them up and he (Stephen I think) was here promptly, examined the machine and determined it was a bad new board. None in stock, will check and call us back. They called the next day to tell us it would be about 4 days to get the board and they would be here Tuesday between 2 and 4 pm. He shows up at 2 sharp, installs the new new board, no charge, 90 day warranty. Alright ! The first visit was a little pricey but hey, they stand by their work and products. The woman in the office explained the estimate & repair process and their rates. She made an appointment for a repair technician to visit us 3 days later, a very quick turnaround.
Communication between scheduling the appointment and the actual appointment was easy, thorough and clear; it was done through text.
Joe, the Kelly's technician, was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He checked out our range, tested a few different parts that could be causing the problem and whittled it down to the igniter. He had the part with him and was able to replace it.
We greatly appreciated Joe's thorough explanations as he worked through the testing and part replacement process. He was very personable and easy to talk with. He listened to and answered all of our questions.

Read moreKelly's recently sent Shane to diagnose a problem we have with our Maytag washer. Shane is knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, the Maytag was not repairable for a reasonable fee. He took the time to speak with use about different brands and gave us some ideas on a new washer. We recently purchased a new washer and are thrilled with it's performance. Recently, we noticed when the washer was filling with water, the pipes would make a very loud noise. He suggested we switch out the hoses, we did and now it works perfectly. Thank you Shane! We will continue to use Kelly's and hopefully Shane for any appliance problems.
