Mattress Firm Redwood Drive — Hotel in Rohnert Park

I kind of knew what I was looking for in a mattress but wasn’t sure which brand or style was going to get me closest to that ideal. Nicholas was available but gave me plenty of space to shop the store (I basically did laps and took a pit stop at each bed. A couple of times), which made the experience feel very low pressure. I narrowed my options down to three brands, in three price brackets. Nicholas didn’t try to push me into buying the most expensive one. Instead he gave me additional details that would help me make an informed decision that worked best for my needs. Nicholas and I swapped contact info, and I went to a couple of other places to see what else might be available. I found another mattress I liked a bit more, but it was more expensive. Honestly, I probably could have been talked into it, but the sales rep was following me around like a fly on 💩 (I literally asked him to give me some time to browse and told him that I’d let him know when I was ready to talk shop… which he completely ignored). I couldn’t wait to get out of there. At home, I did some online research of my own and made a decision. The following day I went back to Nicholas, who expressed his gratitude that I’d decided to make my purchase with him by tossing in a couple of little extras. In the end, I chose the most expensive of the original three and feel good about the purchase I made. Both Hillary at the Rohnert Park store and Luke at the Santa Rosa store were awesome. I talked to Hillary on the phone ahead of time because she had such good reviews. She recommended the perfect bed for me with my physical ailments. The Santa Rosa store had more versions of what I wanted so she suggested I go try them there first . Even though I tried other beds there, inevitably her recommendation was the perfect bed for me. I was too tired to drive after so we did everything over the phone including set up super fast delivery and payment. It was awesome!!!

Regarding the Santa Rosa store which is closer to our home, Luke immediately greeted us when we came in and was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in. He also gave us recommendations for variations of the bed we were looking for. He was kind calm and knowledgeable which is especially nice in this crazy time. Regarding these crazy times he followed safety protocols and had us do the same which made me feel a lot better 😍 We has a great interaction so far and would recommend them. I will post an update...

I called Kayla at the Rohnert Park store we talked for a little bit over the phone she advised me to come on in so she could try some mattresses out for me I walked in very friendly straight to the point I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes purchased a mattress full purchase price and they are coming the next day to pick up my old mattress and put my new mattress in place I'm very excited and happy with the customer service I received from her she explained everything twice to me to make sure that I understood everything was the most friendly person I've seen in a long time she knew what follow through and customer service is all about you guys are lucky to have her as an employee she is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't understand something she calls for help doesn't have pride and reassures when asking for help that it shouldn't take that long but we just want to make sure that we get everything done correctly and I really appreciate that I wish I could tip but I know that we can cuz she would have got like a $50 tip for me she's really cool I really appreciate...
