Fantastic instructors! The experience at Canyon Cove is so welcoming and adaptable. The instructors are knowledgeable and give a great workout both for beginners and those who have more experience with pilates. I have never been a very flexible person, but after just a few sessions I noticed I big improvement in my flexibility.
