Amazing Farmers Market!

We love going to the farmers market in Covington. There is a wide variety of produce sold, the vendors are extremely friendly, and the coffee and tea is great! We have been going to the market for years, and I highly recommend anyone visiting the Northshore take the time to check it out.

It’s from 8am-12pm on Saturdays, and they usually have live music. The vegetable pancakes are awesome, and it’s what we typically have for breakfast on Saturday as we drink our iced coffee with local milk and listen to local artists play. Today is the third time I took my 3 & 4 yo to this market. Each time I’ve been so glad we went! Today we got hummus that was to die for! My 3 yo picked out beautiful purple and orange carrots which we sliced and dipped in the hummus. And both kids labored over choosing among the sweets. It came down to a very difficult decision between blueberry cream cheese cake and the Italian fig cookies at Brothas table. They settled on the fig cookies and the guy was crazy-generous with them.
