So, this dispensary has some good points and some bad points. The good: they do the best cure in our area, offer at least 3 different very good flowers, the reps are very good at talking to customers, and finally they are very close to where I live. The bad: they only have 3 strains that I consider to be āpremium ā so very little variety and inconsistent in the availability of the 3 good strains that exist. Sometimes I get home to find out that I have been given the wrong item or that the jar has already been opened. And finally, the sale prices are very inconsistent (one sale has been going on for about a year now and Iām wondering why they donāt just make it the new price), until I realized that the sale price was only called a sale price so they could block the use of their permanent discounts like the veterans, senior citizens, and first responders discounts,(because of course you canāt use two discounts at the same time). 06/01/2023 update: after a few good visits, my wife and I had a disappointing experience where one of the employees āAā was very rude to me because I asked a question and didnāt understand his response. I asked him for clarification and he responded āIām not going to explain it again ā I said that I thought that was rude and mean and didnāt understand why he was being so, he got upset and walked away to the back room. I was gathering up my ID and walking out when the employee (behind my back) started laughing at me and making rude gestures to the other employees (who didnāt respond). The laughter was noticed by my wife and we told him that we didnāt appreciate the way he treated me. It was confusing and embarrassing for him to treat me that way, considering that I never said one rude...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first visit will be my last! You never get a second chance to make a first impression! Not my usual dispensary, but they were having a sale. I only use oil, so I always check around. Normally, Surterra is more pricey than the competition. Thus why I hadn't shopped prior.
The tender was nice enough, but the manager was very rude. When inquiring to the manager, the tender mentioned it was my first visit, but my sale price already reflected a discount on how to handle the situation. The manager looked at me and said "Congratulations you already got the maximum discount. " I explained I wasn't looking for a deeper discount, but that other dispensaries roll over the "first visit" when the discount can't be taken advantage of. He stated, "Yeah, we don't do that here. "
As stated, I only use oil, no flower. I ordered 5 syringes Already burned through one in less than two weeks. Has almost no effect on me. This is supposed to be an indica strain, too. For whatever reason, Surterra calls it Full Spectrum oil instead of RSO. Neither in my opinion. I feel I wasted my money.
In summation, poor attitude, poor product. I have no idea how they have a 4.8 rating. I see no reason to return. Sale or otherwise. These guys are no better than the crooks selling oregano for weed prices.
Update: A month AFTER my visit, I was suddenly added to the rewards program and added to the mailing list having NEVER subscribed.
No comment from this company toward my critical review. It would seem they subscribe to "Get everyone's money at least once!", rather than building return...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGreat prices here. They got 15 dollar chocolate bars with 100 MG of thc for the whole chocolate bar. They continuously have discounts on many products. Their purple punch vape pods and the chocolate bars are my favorite products offered. The RM86 weed is a great product, it had 27.10 precent thc and 35 precent is highest precentage able to be achieved as far as I know. So that's pretty good of an offer and woth them constantly having discounts the offer just gets better it seems. The float flower comes in a sealed frosted glass jar for freshness. I do like the freshness seal.
Update: This store seems to have lost its vigor though. Some employees seem genuine in their attitude or their happiness. Yet, some try too hard to put on that overly joyous act to the point it's awkward. The happy mask is even more so shattered when your involuntary body language does not match the way you try and portray yourself. It's sickening and frustrating to people who have social anxieties and are good body language readers. If you can't completely be happy for real don't do the act cause it makes you look like a fool. If you are only feeling blah then act blah. Or if you dont care then dont act like you do. Don't act happy go lucky all the time if you are not. Considering changing to another store now after a few recent...
