This is a " must see" in Crosby! A quaint little depot converted into a museum that captures the history of this area. Very lively docents. Donation appreciated. Find out how the "Cuyuna" Range was named. What a surprise!

Lots of history in this place and very interesting. Friendly people who are willing to show you around and tell you about the history of the things they have. And the outside is beautiful if you go in the summer.

For a free and volunteer staffed museum, I thought it covered the area’s history well. I really enjoyed going through the Sears and Roebuck catalogs. Some marketing schemes never change!

This museum is a treasure. Immediately we were greeted by Don and he gave us an excellent tour of the museum's exhibits. We appreciated his canary joke quite a bit. If you're ever interested in learning about the historical Cuyuna Range mining industry, local life as it was, or a test flight that led to the US putting people in space, this museum is for you. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day 10am-4pm, so make it...

You can tell the volunteers at the Soo Line Museum care about the work they do. This museum might be relatively small but it is packed with unique history of the area. Two volunteers gave us great stories about the Man High Mission and the transition of the area from mining to recreation. Highly recommend! Free admission,...
