I am thankful for all the help they have given to me and to those that I know. They never turn anyone away and they never ask questions. If you want them to know about you and your situation you must approach them and tell them. They not only allow you to take what you need from what they have set up but you can ask for items such as shoes, towels, bed linens, coats etc...like a specialty request and if they don't have it they will do their best to get it for you within a couple of days. Also you can get a weekly laundry voucher(be there in Tuesday morning about 8:30 a.n) good for 12$ worth of laundry and the laundry mat supplies the detergent and dryer sheets. I have only been in Tennessee for 2 weeks and these guys have been a huge help. Every single one of them have been extremely helpful and polite. They are all about helping the community as well as everyone who is in need. They provide clothing, food, vouchers if/when needed, as well as some other things I didn't dip into. They helped me to get a bus ticket back home to Michigan, and the only thing I had to do was have a background check done. I just walked in off the street to see what all services they offered... I've been in a tight spot financially for sometime waiting on my disabilty... The ladies that greeted me were awesome...they went out of their way to fix me up some food and even some dog food for my puppy's even though it wasn't the day that they do that... let me know when I can come back for other services and were sweet enough to even try to carry the boxes out to the front for me...that's an amazing bunch of people down there doing Gods good work 🙏🙏🙏...
