Never had customer service like this before, I ordered a bottle of Blanton Bourbon which is hard to find in Los Angeles for a decent price. I found it online in OC Bottle Shop and it was price very reasonable. I submit my order online. When I email them for an order statuson Wednesday hoping that it can get delivered on Friday. When I had an error with my shipping Jeff came in and went above and beyond to help fix the issue. Now I’m expecting my bottles a little sooner than expected and just in time for Christmas.
