First time getting lip filler and unfortunately last time. I thought that seeing a registered nurse was safer and for that reason I felt comfortable trying something new, I did not receive the care I was hoping I would. I experienced horrible care from Bella diagnostics when I was in distress about my situation. I experienced numbness and paleness in my lips which led me to believe I might have possible vascular occlusion so I tried to contact Bella diagnostics to ask for advice and reassurance, unfortunately they were not responsive (even though they said I could text or call anytime) so I contacted a nurse hotline who advised me to go to the ER, they couldnāt do anything for me as they did not have any type of dissolver and I eventually had to be seen by a plastic surgeon the next day to get it dissolved to prevent potential permanent damage. Before seeing the surgeon I contacted Bella diagnostics again and they refused to take me seriously and continuously brushed me off telling me nothing was wrong even after I told them you couldnāt see through pictures and I needed to be seen in person. After having been gaslit about my situation I took it upon myself to see an actual plastic surgeon whom confirmed that there was paleness and unevenness (which were signs of lack of blood flow and bad reaction to filler) and they dissolved it for me to prevent any damage. It wasnāt until the day after that Bella diagnostics reached out and said they could see me, this is after I spent hundreds of dollars finding help elsewhere. Thats on top of the bill I will have to pay for going to the emergency room which will also be hundreds of dollars. When I called to ask for my money back (which is the least they could do) they acted like they would if I could provide proof that I had to get it dissolved, which I did, and I never heard back from them. Iāve had such a horrible experience with them and now Iāve completely lost any interest I had of exploring lip filler because of the bad experience I had with them. Someoneās health isnāt just something that should be taken lightly and made feel insignificant. I am beyond devastated about how they handled this situation and the amount of money I have lost because of their lack of care. Luckily I am fine now, but the stress I went through plus the amount of debt that this situation put me in is completely unacceptable. I hope Bella Diagnostics learns from this, finds a way to make it right, and takes better care of their customers. For anyone who is interested in getting fillers they are better off seeing an actual professional such as a plastic surgeon, someone who specializes and has the knowledge and experience with procedures as serious as these, since there are risks, some of them irreversible, and especially has the availability to see a client when theyāre in distress. The state of Texas legally allows anyone to become licensed in doing fillers and frankly they shouldnāt with something that can potentially ruin someoneās life. Well, it took until now to collect the money since I had already set aside that service with the $100. Well, I finally arrived, which by the way is approximately 45 minutes away. The girl denied me the service since I still had lip filler from the last time, which was 6 months ago. I usually go elsewhere and have never had a problem. Well, when they denied me the service, I asked that they return the $100 usd. She said that she would talk to the owner, I told her that I would wait at the clinic since I obviously needed that money, she called the owner and told me that she did not know when she was going to answer, apart from that they could not return that money to me. It seemed unusual to me, if you are denying me the service then it is OBVIOUS that you have to return the money. I filled out the risk form and when I left they wanted to keep it, I think to use it against me. I denied that they would keep it and that they would return it to me because I did not want them to keep my information or signature. The worker told me that it is SURE that they were not going to return it, but that she would send me a message, because I never received an answer, I try to dial and it sends me to the mailbox.
