Never again....bear in mind all sales are final; no refunds. Purchased a sectional in cash and paid $140.00 for a U haul truck plus paying to have it taken up to my apartment on the 3rd floor. I received 1 piece in blue and 1 in black. I called the store and was told " I NEED TO FIND A WAY TO TAKE IT BACK AND GET THE CORRECT PIECE". I refused and after going back and forth they said they would have it delivered. Delivery was made but the one of the cushion was torn and I refused to take it or a different color from the one that accompany the sectional. I again called the store for almost an entire day without answer. I then used my wifes phone and immediately got an answer and informed them. They came back two days later at 11pm and brought me a green cushion. I again informed the manager and was told no one is gonna take it back to me I am going to have to travel a hour to the store and collect it. Called them back 4 days later to see when I can collect it because they already have my money and was now told to go collect it at a warehouse which is even further away. Not happening.....and told them exactly that. I havd already waited a week and was now informed the manager will get back to me in a week to tell me when I can collect it at the store. Things happen but how you handle it is...
   Read moreItâs not worth it. The vanity is beautiful but the delivery service is horrible. Prices are ok. They took a total of three days to install this vanity. The first, the mirror had an issue and did not work. They came back a second time and chipped one of the counters. The third time they came to my house SO LATE. Who does delivery service at 11pm? On top of that, the mirror is scratched from the inside but I didnât not want them to come to my house a fourth time. Not to mention how unprofessional they are, they put stuff on my bed and left it with dirt and styrofoam everywhere. And they did it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They came in. I asked for a refund and they said something about 30% only. After so many tries of getting this installed, it should be embarrassing to tell a customer that only 30% will be refunded while it was the companyâs fault for having bad delivery service and faulty furniture. They gave me a lamp to better the situation. Was it worth it? NO. Spending $1200 on a vanity CASH for this service is not worth it. I also got a dresser from them and there was no issue with that other than the big mess they made...
   Read moreThe couch we purchased was on display and was very dirty. I told Lily if we did purchase it would have to be cleaned. She confirmed it would. Waited days without confirmation of when the cleaning company would stop by their store. Finally it was done and the couch was on its way. Terrible communication. I had to keep calling to find out when it was coming after they got their payment it seems like they really donât gaf. Once it arrived it was very dirty and it was missing a throw pillow. I called Lilly and she said they forgot it and would try to bring it by during the week. Itâs been a week and itâs still not here. I had to hire a cleaning crew to come clean it out of my own pocket. It even looks as if a piece of the couch is missing because the parts do not connect and 1 is broken. Very...
