This used to be the best Kroger I’ve been shopping there for six years since I’ve been here in Dallas anyway it turned to be the worst nightmare for me I was there when I came out of the hospital and believe it was on the seventh or 8 February and I just came out of the hospital I’m a Christian woman I have faith in God and I believe in rating places That are very good and those that are very bad cut a long story short I went there that day and I spent $280 an 89 some odd dollars I bought a little food little chicken little coffee little creamer half my items were missing and half the things that were buy one get one free they did not give me free I bought some vitamins and they had them in the wrong place I didn’t know that I was charged $3999 for a bottle of CoQ 10 They said that they gave me another little bottle CoQ10 of lesser value for I believe it was $25.99 free because it was buy one get one free but what they fail to tell me is that I paid $3999 for a bottle of that vitamin I thought it was the same value of the small bottle $25.99 something like that Cuddle long story short I went and got a ride for times they told me come in at a certain time and talk to the manager and the manager’s name was Adriana anyway she lied because I called her that night and I told her that I was missing all these things and that I was overcharged and she said yes come on in tomorrow I’ll take care of it I was charged twice for a pair of mittens $7.49 when I went after the fourth time of them telling me to have to look at the camera to see what was charged and what was placed in my bag all I told her was just make sure you go over my receipt I believe the real managers name was Colina I went back and talk to her after the fourth time so almost every day I went back to talk to different people that they said they already left or that they’re taking a break and I had people taking me there that had to wait because I have no car I’m having a hard time right now I also I also land in the hospital I’ve been very sick for the past three months I’m being evicted so I have no money I receive food stamps but my food stamps have been cut off because I was in the hospital so I have to pay for my food that I had for my electricity the reason why am being evicted is not because I did not pay my rent I’m being a Vic did because I didn’t have an extra $75 to pay a late fee that I was not late for Call long story short they all me Kroger store owes me $100 of fees and grocery that I paid for and did not receive saw that I called that very bad management there used to be a very good manager there whenever you left grocery behind they saved it for you but these people that are working there now they put it back they don’t want to have to go and give you your bags so again I’ll cut this long story short it’s very poor service now and I am not going to shop there I will shop at the Tom Thumb on lovers Lane Because they never gave me my food my grocery or my money back and it’s very sad management very poor because they called me there for the fifth time it’s a shame because I have to find a way to get there it’s a sad thing to know that grocery stores will steal your 💰 money my name is Tima Lee For some reason I’m writing this on there my sons name David Lee Anyway always make sure they also told me that my card number worked and they lied because I’ve paid full price for almost everything that I bought half the things I did not receive and have to things I have...
Read moreI went to Krogers on Wednesday morning 11/19/22. I happen to see Gatorade for 50 cent a bottle. I picked up 6 bottle along with a few more items. I go to self checkout scan in my rewards card. I scan the the Gatorades but it ring up $1.58 each so I press pay now so it can adjust the price. It didn't so I call the attendant who is there almost every morning I go there. She tells me that's the price. I told her there's a sign stating it's 50 cent. She say it last week sell. Then act like she is going to check the sign, she stop to talk to a associate. Then she come back and say she is waiting on the associate to tell her what to do next. I decided to go to the back and take a picture of the sale sign to go talk to customer service to do a price adjustment for me. When I get to where the Gatorades are the associate has the sign under her arm, I ask her can I take a photo of the sign. She say no. I asked her why. She said I told her to give it to you for 50 cent. I told her the woman said she was waiting on you. The associate had to come to the checkout so I can the Gatorades for 50 cent. This attendant had the nerve to have an attitude. She is always unpleasant with me. Her customer service to me is at an all time low. I wonder how many other customers she treat in this manner....... On 1/2/24 I went to Kroger's cause it's close to my job.. I walk in I notice the self check helper and the security. I go over to produce, the security is over there talking to associates. As I'm shopping and talking on my phone, I realized he is in every aisle of the store that I'm at. I finally make it to the self checkout guess who there... It's terrible when someone is following you like you're a...
Read moreUsed to be okay, but in the past few weeks the quality of customer service has gone way down. Every week our grocery pickup is delayed for some reason, or there’s things out of stock that they replace with ridiculous substitutions. For example, one time they replaced gluten free sandwich bread with whole wheat artisan bread. There’s a huge difference between those, especially for Celiacs. When we tried to refuse the substitution, they would not let us - we had to walk in and talk to customer services, which defeated the whole purpose of a PICKUP order. This time was the last straw. We checked in for pickup and the employee working the area was playing with a cup with his mask off and his AirPods in. He refused to come over, even when we were waving him over. After 20 minutes, I finally called the pickup department, and he answered and said “It’s not my job to do this,” to which I asked if he was the pickup department. He confirmed that he was the pickup employee for the night but said that he had no idea anyone was outside waiting. He refused to listen to anything I said and hung up before I could even give him my name to check in the system. I am astonished at the rudeness he exhibited and I will not return to...
