Trophy Fitness Mockingbird — Local services in Dallas

INCREDIBLY overpriced for what the gym has to offer and the steam room is ALWAYS out of order. Not to mention that the gym’s equipment is basic and outdated compared to other gyms, even apartment gyms.

The only positive thing about this location is the front desk being friendly. They honestly deserve better too! They’re always having to deal with creepy men walking around at night with no security.

It’s not their fault, but the company/manager should always prioritize that the staff and members are safe all throughout working hours.

UPDATE: Kelley, the owner of Trophy Fitness harassed me with texts all throughout the week after my review. We finally got around to speaking over the phone, but he basically said he was canceling my membership at the end of our phone call.

He was being extremely hostile and noticeably bitter about my review. It was NOT a constructive conversation at all, just a grown man upset and acting like a child. 😂😂

I have been a member at this trophy club for over 10 years nearly, and have never had one bad thing to say. All of staff (Including trainers) have been nothing but kind and helpful. There are many things that I don't know how or didn't know how to do when I first walked into the gym and the trainers, front desk staff, and even manager in duty at times would take the time out and come over and help me/educate me on what it is I am doing. This gym is small, personal, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new place to practice their healthy lifestyle. Highly recommended; If I could give six stars, I would. I had such a great experience with Trophy Fitness the last few years while living in East Dallas. The staff and trainers are so supportive and great to work with - they were always in my corner. I loved being able to use the spa (hot tub and steam room) at the Mockingbird location - it was so peaceful. As a member you can utilize any of their locations, so occasionally I would also go to the uptown location - they all are great!
