This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell in my life. They gave our food to somebody else and then served 14 people after us as we kept asking for our food. She said we had no receipt, it was on my phone as we had done it at the little machine and I showed her. She was extremely rude. I told her I did not want my food, it had been about 45 minutes and I just wanted my money back which she refused several times. I asked for a regional manager’s phone number she would not give it to me. She gave us food refusing to give us a refund and the food was still incorrect. Even the customers were on our side, saying that she had given our food away to a homeless woman that walked up when she called someone else’s name what should’ve been our order. I cannot say enough bad things about this woman who I assume was the manager. But she should’ve refunded our money, she gave our food away to someone else they didn’t even have an order. She was a homeless woman in the bathroom for 30 minutes that came out when they called some random name that was not us, and gave the food away, and then still gave us the wrong food after serving 14 people that came in after us. Ridiculous, ghetto, and obviously did not know how to work the register or she just would not give us our money. We did not want the food any longer, and when we finally did get it because she would not give us our money, she gave us the wrong order. There are some people that are just too dumb to even be walking around on earth and she was one of them. I did complain to the company and never received thing back in my email. I still want my $30 back. Don’t ever go here the time before we went about six months before this instance happened they were letting a homeless woman use a dirty rag to clean the counters. Last night before they closed the inside 10/13/18 I had my order taken by "Carnetta" who I think took our order but there was multiple people on that till so who knows who the person was that took our order but that name was on the receipt. Anyways it was far from their closing time yet it seemed as though the girls were done for the night because they were very relaxed. Selfies, leaning against the tables while texting, using vulgar language out loud, flirting with the guests who were using Wi-Fi service but not eating. Seemed more as though as if they were dating, I don't care. But what really bothered me is how they treated every other guest who decided to dine in. Whoever was cleaning and moping was throwing a fit by dragging chairs across the floor and shoving tables in a aggressive manner as if she was trying to annoy people off. Ha, didn't even quite succeed so she started to calm down when she noticed we were ignoring her. Basically, I'm 110% sure this company's mission statement was not fulfilled that night and I strongly suggest corrective action to be taken. These reviews speak for themselves as well as the store's cameras. After eating and observing the place I pretty much assumed this company is aware of all this when "NOW HIRING" is strongly advertised here. On the side note, the food was awesome, BUT they left our order on the counter and didn't even call us to come pick it up but rather hide out in the back all over their cellphones while the other one terrorized everybody else in the lobby. I wanted to place my order with a team member and he interrupted the team member who was taking my order to tell me that AI is taking over and asked me if i would like to speak to the AI over the speaker to continue placing my order. i said no thank you. he continued to tell me about the AI and how it’s taking over instead of taking my simple order. i was going to order a side of STEAK and an order of REFRIED BEANS. but he interrupted the team member to tell me about the AI. i called the restaurant to speak with the manager and i informed him of how his attitude was not appreciated and that he could’ve quickly taken my order. he cut me off while i was speaking got defensive and made the same argument about the AI taking over. then he hung up on me after telling me to be well. this interaction made me feel very patronized and he complicated a simple 2 ingredient order. this terrible experience i had should instead have been a quick 60 second interaction. i didn’t even complain about the long synthetic hair in my spicy potato soft taco last week. i stan for TB but not anymore.
