King Queen Massage — Local services in Dallas

Definitely give this place 1 star. They were able to get me in same day within a hour of me booking so that was great. But the massage itself was NOT relaxing at all. I booked a couples massage so my partner and I were in the same room. The 2 women that did our massages talked the entire time. One made the comment that “a black woman tipped her $100 once and black people are lovely, we love them” and we were confused cause who asked for that info? Now to the most disturbing part. Once the massage was over and we were getting dressed, One of the women knocks on the door and asks were we dressed and we said no, hold on please. She then proceeds to come in and starts “cleaning” the room talking about “we gotta hurry, we busy busy”. I asked her does she always come in a room when people are half dressed cause I don’t like it. She says “we busy busy”. Not only was she in there but she wasn’t even changing the sheets we just laid on! She literally put clean towels/sheets over the ones that we had just laid on. It got me thinking like who towels was I just laying on? I was truly disgusted and I felt NASTY when we left. Lastly, as we were going to the front to pay, she told us our total and then said (tip 20% please). I said “I will tip what I feel is necessary for the service I received, don’t tell me what to do”. I never tip under 20% anywhere but you’re not going to tell me what to do especially with what I just experienced. All in all I definitely will not be back...

Amy is hands down one of the most talented massage therapists I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. From the moment I walked in, I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. I opted for the Lomi Lomi massage, and I’m so glad I did. It was more than just a relaxing experience—it was truly therapeutic for my joints and muscles.

Amy has an incredible ability to find and target all the right pressure points. She listened carefully to what I needed and where I was feeling discomfort, and when I said "ouch" at certain spots, she skillfully adjusted the pressure to medium-firm, ensuring I was comfortable without losing any effectiveness. I absolutely loved every second of it! Her technique is both strong and soothing, and she really took the time to make sure each area got the attention it needed.

What really sets Amy apart is her attention to detail and her dedication to providing an experience tailored specifically to each client. It’s rare to find someone so in tune with their craft, and it shows in the results. After the session, I felt a noticeable difference in how my body felt—looser, more relaxed, and much less tension in the problem areas I came in with.

Poor experience. During my booked 1 hour massage, which started at 12:45, the staff neglected my massage to answer phone calls and go help other customers. Not only did i receive poor service, but her service affects massage quality. The person performing the massage should never remove their hands from the body until the massage is over; at least one hand is to remain on the body. Also, I paid for a full body massage and did not receive one. When i questioned her about the rest of my massage, she tried to con me into buying more time at 1:40. I then pointed out my remaining 5 minutes, and the numerous interruptions and numerous times that she left me during my massage to assist others. This was the first time i have never tipped for a massage, compared to me always tipping upwards of $20. I gave the clerk 2 50 dollar bills and told her to give me my exact change because she will not be getting a tip....
