Target — Attraction in Daly City

This day was saved for both me and Target by one employee named Nate that works on the weekends at the self checkout area I've gone through the store and basically been treated like a thief they were following me through the store and they made it more than obvious they were and I could hear him calling back and forth on the radio about me the whole way and it was very upsetting and there's no need for that they could have done it a lot more low-key and I upset me so much as I don't steal anything I write a lot of reviews about people treating me like a thief when I don't deserve to be and I don't appreciate being judged by the way I look when I don't steal a darn thing anyway I was quite upset by the time I went to check out very depressed and hurt and you guys were going to get a one star and quite a low review and the other guy young guy named Nate who works for the self checkout came up to me asked if he could replace the baskets and he said thank you he said it is such a healing soft voice friendly voice that I turned to happy tears and that's how come you guys are getting five stars because Nate's kindness when otherwise you really don't deserve it at all that Nate he saved the day for you and for me you didn't really give him some kind of reward he's really quite an employee thank you Nate for making my day when it was really headed down here fast and...

Nov 30,2020 5 STAR TECH SERVICE AT Target One great benefit of being a Consumer Cellular customer is having access to technical support inside Target store. I recently have a big problem that was caused by a very tiny little button on the side of my iphone. Although the Target staff (in red tee shirt) could not help much, Nick the tech specialist solved my problem in just under 5 minutes. In the future I hope to be able to make an appointment if the technical staff is not available when I walked in instead of being told “...if you’re lucky, Nick will be back here after lunch. I just cannot tell you when” !!! All in all Thank You Nick for the efficient and professional help. 🌷🙏🌷

MARCH 2020 TOILET PAPER? NO PROBLEM In time of Covid, Target at Serramonte really made my life better. With limited constant number of customers allowed in, disinfected carts, spacious floor facilitating physical distancing, i feel very safe shopping there. This morning I noticed there are plenty of toilet paper, napkins, dishwashing soap, as well as regular food items. I was just reading reviews for this place and wondered if we were talking about the same place. I noticed the other reviews are over a year old at least. My guess is a management change. Crap rolls down hill; which is literally the subject of my complaint. The four stall single bathroom located in the front of the store is literally overflowing with crap more often than not. Not only is this disgusting but unavoidable due to it's location. I can't believe the city health inspector allows a store that sells groceries as well as a snack bar a few feet down the hall to operate like this. I'd love to tell you this is an isolated incident, but that's not my experience. When I found overflowing toilets the day before Christmas, I thought that was unfortunate but understandable. But this is the case on EVERY Thursday, Friday, or Saturday afternoon that I have gone there. Last night was in fact my very last visit to this location until something is done.
