Super Duper Burgers — Restaurant in Daly City

Amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩 experience I was going to have a classic super duper burger and looked and seen the Bird which is their new chicken sandwich. You can have it spicy, classic or baked. I wanted to try the spicy but was afraid it would be too hot so I went with the classic. I also had garlic fries. The supervisor or manager was at the front desk as I was taking my order she talked me into trying the bird. Her name was Carrie and she was very warm and polite. She encouraged me to step out the box and try something new I am so grateful that I did the chicken sandwich was extremely crispy, flavorful and a good portion size. The coleslaw was absolutely perfect combination with the sandwich it complemented things well. The garlic fries are always a plus. Best burgers I had in the US. The hazelnut milkshake shouldn't be seasonal, the best shake I ever had. But the chocolate banana one doesn't really blend wel in my opinion, it tasted quite chemical.

Other Super duper burgers locations are terrible: fingers got all wet/, greasy and way too much salt (and I love some salt).

This location is a 10/10. Staff says hi and goodbye when you leave. Looks very clean, but also the older man (manager?) makes sure everything is OK. Took all the time to explain everything the first time we visit. Also mentioned the pickles and sauces we could try on the left. So yes, super helpful staff.

Before the Pandemic my husband took me to the one near Embarcadero by my old job. I love burgers and omggg I loved it... especially I loved their homemade pickles which I was very happy it's unlimited like yaaaaasss. Burgers were tasty and I loved their sauce. I found out they had opened one at Serramonte mall near my new job where my hubby and I went to enjoy a day out on a beautiful Sunday. We sat outside and the super duper burgers tasted just as I remembered and pickles were soooo good.
