The LEGO® Store Danbury — Attraction in Danbury

I was there for at least 20 minutes and not one employee asked if I needed any assistance despite there only being several other customers. The store itself is okay - it's exactly like every other Lego store - but it always somewhat disappoints me. Legos are all about creativity, but their stores are all about conformity.

This is our favorite Lego Store (our home store is White Plains). The employees are always fenominal at their jobs. Returns and exchanges are effortless. What really sealed the deal for me is my 10YO was missing 1 piece from his recent Halloween set, and it somehow came up in conversation. The employee not only knew exactly what we were talking about, they went into the back and within minutes produced the piece. I wish the online experience was as effortless as the in store one. First time buying legos and boy what a total disappointment. I bought Lego IDEAS Dinosaur Fossil Set and after my daughter put everything together the darn box was missing the stickers that go on each dinosaur. Lego’s answer was we are sorry but we cannot exchange the item you will have to call customer service. Customer Service said it will be about two weeks to get them. What an awful experience.
