They hold you to term and conditions and don't even honor their own terms and conditions.

Because I wanted to pay by credit card since that was what was advertised I refused to wire transfer or a check So they opened a "dispute" ... NOW this auction house is trying to EXTORT the buyers fee of 24% of the item in order for them to remove the dispute. This place is a joke

The auction results, whether jewelry, sterling or fine arts, have been amazing. We have had most of our purchases appraised and they ALWAYS appraise for well beyond what we have paid. We are so happy with Kodners, that we have introduced many friends to the auction site and currently even have a "friends" Kodner auction night where we partake of wine and keep the Kodner site on our computer for all our bidding when we can't be in attendance. I deal with literally dozens of auction houses in my buisness as a watch broker. This is hands down the most efficient one we deal with. If all auction houses were this good my life would be perfect. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them, I recommend them to the people I know in the industry and cannot wait for the chance to work with them again.
