SO I decided to finally go to this casino since I know a lot of managers that work with the gaming commission and I had to see for myself if this casino is really honest or dishonest. Well just know that the other reviews are absolutely correct when they say this casino is dishonest! I walked around and watched what people were playing and how much they were winning. Or should I say losing! Only a handful of people were getting all the bonuses and most sat in one area where you were not allowed to sit. They seemed to have a monopoly on just those few sections. This got me wondering as to why I could not sit there and play! But I now know that these players were friends of the management and the hosts or hired “help”. The casino sends them over to that section and turn the machines up so they will get bonuses and jackpots. I watched them all play max bets and were all winning. The managers Pablo or Mr Suarez are extremely prejudiced too. It’s alarming how they are controlling your machines AND your ticket. Stay far away from this casino! They need to be reported and investigated. FYI: Chapter 551, Florida Statutes, requires a slot machine facility licensed by FGCC to maintain a payout percentage of no less than 85 percent. That also includes the Indian casinos! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE UNTIL THIS IS DONE! So how do they get away with this? For starters they have FACIAL RECOGNITION! I’ve been going to this casino for about 3+ yrs and I have a love-hate relationship with it. Especially on the slots side of things, so I’ll start with that. I’ve won over 1500 on cheap spins. but I’ve also lost probably the equivalent over time. It very much so seems like they have rake in days and days where they’re willing to pay out. Especially on these newer slot machines, where they just keep adding them in and replacing the old ones.

In my opinion, this used to be a casino where you could go in with 200 bucks and go play for a couple of hours. Because they would pay out enough to keep you playing!!! but it’s slowly starting to seem like they’re just not even caring about that anymore and they’re just trying to make what they can… if you leave within within 45 minutes because you flopped on your 200 limit well sucks to suck…(specifically talking about slots)

So that’s how I feel about the slots. In regards to food, entertainment, and everything else they’re pretty good with that. They are trying and you can tell. But another big thing I don’t like and it really makes me not want to go there anymore. Is that they closed off the roulette and the electronic blackjack to high rollers. I would like to say how nice and refreshing it is at your casino The atmosphere is very pleasant the slots are all the newest ones out there. The only thing I would say negative about the slots is that so many of them have broken buttons from customers banging on them incessantly not only is it annoying but it breaks the machine it’s not much fun to try to play on a machine when the buttons don’t work. On the plus side from the time you come in you are greeted by the friendly security guards, Scott, Norman, and Jack always have a smile and a hello for me and they all get to know you by name which makes you know that they care. At the players club you’re also welcomed with friendliness Sherry, Guitry and Jackie are always happy to help you out with giving you information on the promotions of the day. The food at the grill is always fresh and delicious Rose, Stephanie and Natasha make sure that your dining experience is great both at the grill and the amazing Lux Buffet. Yolanda is always walking the floor with a big smile and a pleasant greeting always asking if you need anything, and I can’t forget about Sue the server when she sees you coming in she sees where you’re playing and always shows up with your beverage of choice without you having to even ask, now thats service. If you are fortunate enough to get Ryan as your host, you will be happy with the way he treats you.
