I'm a single mother working 2 jobs and was extremely excited when after 6 years of carrying around a broken not to mention very embarrassing looking phone I saved enough for an upgrade. I picked out the Galaxy A16 and kept my old phone number. But the gentleman , I guess Figured I had money and I wasn't sure because like I said it had been quite some time since I had purchased a phone. So by the time I walked out of that store I had purchased not only the Galaxy phone I also purchased a Galaxy tablet before we left the store. He did call my phone and it rang. An hour after leaving the store. My phone did not work. It would only say emergency phone call only. I do not have a car. So I depend on public transportation, walking or Lyft? That's if I have enough money and that's very rare. I have a 5-year-old, so I had to go to and from the store 4 times get this phone fixed. By at least by the fifth time, A gentleman did fix the phone but again an hour after leaving the store It did the same thing. It said emergency phone call only. I returned the following day. I was frustrated. I still had my receipt on the receipt. It said you have 14 days To return the phone or get your money back. I went up to the gentleman. He got verbally aggressive with me, Screaming at me. Keep in mind I'm a woman at night alone In the store with this guy, so I'm already scared. And he screaming at me using curse words.. Telling me Don't ever come back. So I had to go home and call corporate. They said to go in the next day with them on speakerphone, so they could speak to him. That what he was doing was illegal. So I said I was scared because he was verbally aggressive and I was not sure. What he was capable of they said to call the cops. So the next day I walked in there with them on speaker. He grabbed my wrist Very very hard So hard that literally it could have left a bruise and hit the end button. I proceeded to call them back and he turned the radio up in the store so loud that I couldn't hear anything. I walked out. I turned around and asked him what his name was. And he said Donald Trump, I walked outside and called the cops. They walked inside and spoke with him came out and told me.I was not allowed back inside the store that he had placed a restraining order on me.So the end result was.I was not allowed to get my money back.So if anybody ever wants to go to that store just think of my story before you do. Awesome I ended up going to another store and telling them and showing them the receipt They said the Received, I had was not correct. He cut the top off which should have had his name. The store's number and also, they said the amount of the phone he sold me was not correct. He said that it was $200 more than the correct price. So basically he's selling broken phones and scamming people out of. Money so the guy needs to be shut down. He's preying women that are single mother that and elderly people and it's a shame. I'm a hard-working person and I to work years to save for a phone like that and now I dont have a phone unless I use wifi And once. Again, I'm going to be saving for another. Quite some time before I get another phone like that. I just really hope that someone hears this Story and shuts that store down and puts that guy away in jail. Because nobody should ever ever go through what I went through. I really hope that he gets what he deserves. I never ever whished bad upon anyon in my lifetime. That's how I was raised. but I also never want anybody to feel and go through what I went through as well. When you do wrong, that there are Consequences. (That I do believe) To it. I do not like the new plan I'm on I took the $50 unlimited plan and for an additional $10 for 10gb hotspot BUT it is not truly unlimited you only get 4G up to certain point and then you're stuck with 3G. the coverage in my area is not great. Plus they stiffed me on a $60 rebate I never received it and believe me I tried over and over and over for months the problem they didn't send a receipt when they mailed me my phone I shopped for it online at their site so it should have been okay but it wasn't I never got my $60 ....buyer beware if you're doing a rebate and the receipt doesn't come in the phone box start then it may take you months I never achieved my $60 rebate. Okay something new editing this I recently found out that my $10 only covers ten gigabytes of hotspot I was told and a hotspot for 10 bucks yeah well Just thought it was $10 extra for a hotspot so I'm sure they're going to rip me off on that too cuz how far does 10GB go really??? that's why I bought the unlimited plan, A limited plan is for speech, local and long distance, data, & text.An Unlimited already includes long-distance same as a limited so I'm paying 50 bucks a month to talk, text, & data, extra for a hotspot so I can run my tablet. Yet at times I can't get through I have no bars at all!!!!! If I thought I could get a better deal somewhere else I'd be there anybody got any ideas out there let me know thanks. Hello people as you have heard already I'm not a fan of MetroPCS as a matter fact I QUIT them between the problems I mentioned earlier and the fact that they screwed me out of my $60 rebate on my phone by not including a receipt for that phone in the box when they sent me that phone because as we all know you need the receipt and the numbers on the box to obtain the refund. After months of fighting with them to send me a receipt which I never was able to obtain from them I've had it this all started on August 3rd of last year when I received my phone and registered it with them I informed them at that time that I did not get a receipt I thought with them for months to no avail so they owe me $60 on top of all the really crappy service we get in the area. Oh and by the way I will keep you updated I have switched to Boost Mobile. I took the $60 unlimited plan which also includes 20 Gigabytes of hotspot a vast improvement over MetroPCS!!!! Double the gigabytes!!!!! Okay I have been with Boost now for 3 months I am also unhappy with them I took the $60 a month plan and they were supposed to give me my second month free when I called him to find out why they were charging me again instead of giving you a free month they said it was because I took the $60 plan and not the $50 plan so I don't screw them if I wanted crappy service and to be cheated I would have stayed with MetroPCS they have Amazon video now with the $60 plan might go back not sure yet anyway I lowered my plan to the $35 a month with Boost because I realize them at home more than anywhere so I can just use the data plan when I'm away from the house so I don't need it jumbo...

Something is off with this particular store. I visited this location simply to purchase a new phone and be on my way. The lady that was tasked to assist me spoke little English and required the other male store attendant to assist. I asked to see 2 phones, of which 1 was not in stock. Bummer to me or could it have been because the other phone available was more expensive? Anyway the representative wasted extra time calling tmobile to change my account to t mobile and finance the phone..... why? I never asked to upgrade my plan and stated that intention multiple times. About an hour later finally outright purchased the phone because I don't want to finance. The guy then tells me that I will receive a survey for the visit 24 hours later and to come back after doing the survey for a free gift. So I did the survey and came back to the location as instructed and the rep says to me, "you already did the survey, why?" And "why did you not give all 10's" I informed the guy the survey is about the customers experience and it was not a 10 experience. The guy then says that I was supposed to come back so he could take the survey for me for the free gift. Oh hell no these employees need to be fired. That are doing fake surveys to make themselves look the best. I'm changing providers now. Smh. Contemplating filing a regulatory complaint also. Oh and the guy tried to delete the survey I took on my phone lol, I restored it and took pictures of the survey results if I decide to...
