I really hate to leave bad reviews on a business but, today the customer service experience at this salon was unacceptable. It was my first time and Michelle did my manicure. You could tell she was annoyed to being doing my nails. After doing the manicure I was supposed to insert my nails into a UV light to dry them. However, she expected me to know how to perform this without proper explanation yet, becoming frustrated when I would ask if I should change hands. Honestly I let that pass because it was not a big deal for me. When I was leaving I asked if I could leave tip from my card or Venmo the tip. Then, Michele says I should Venmo someone that appeared to be Roger... I was confused because that was not my nail technician. She suddenly answers the phone dismissing I was asking a question. (Like if my existence didn’t matter). I waited a while but she remained on the phone. At this point I lost my patience and said I was not going to Venmo a stranger (who turns out to be her husband). She was very upset that I would question her husband with the money. It is obvious he did not perform the service and I wanted the tip to go to person who did my pedicure as well. This place has no class, very rude service. I could have been a potential customer with great recommendations from NSU students. But, I will never attend this place again. The person who did my pedicure was so sweet I believe her name was Tina or some other girl that was new to this country. I bought the upgraded pedicure the one that was $55. I never been here before so I tried something new, and I would never go here again. A lady named Hanna was doing my pedicure and she cut my big toe where I was bleeding, and she didn’t apologized or anything. And I know she knew she did it because she just put something on it to stop the bleed and continued on. Also when she did the clear polish before she used the nail polish was everywhere around my nails like in the skin, and the nail color was on my skin also. Plus, when she was scrubbing my feet she only did the bottom of my heal and she did not put no pressure on it. With the lotion, she didn’t rub it in like she was supposed to. It wasn’t busy, but she was acting like she had something to do. Plus, she didn’t even do in between my toes, like you’re supposed to. I posted a picture where you could see what the lady did. Also another thing is that the nail polish was on my skin and she did not wipe it off. Another thing is that the nail polish wasn’t even put on properly. She DID NOT SCRUB. Plus my feet were dry as hell. UPDATE 11/12/2024 they would not give me my money back only a gift certificate they said because their owner will know. And they said for me to delete my review but I want my money back. I don’t want a gift certificate, because i can’t trust them again with my feet. So a gift certificate...

My original review that I posted a month ago is below. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here again. I had my nails done by Benjamin, and the next day he proceeded to call me and started screaming at me on the phone. He said I was ruining his business because of my review. Like I mentioned, I left a great review about Kevin a month ago. Without even confirming that he had the correct person, he continued to scream without letting me get a word in. First off, I left you a great review a month ago. Second of all, you don’t even have the correct customer. Get your facts right prior to calling and screaming at someone. Lastly you don’t call and harass a customer for leaving a bad review. If anything, try to make it right. Not only did he call me to go off on me, but he proceeded to text my friend and told her to tell me to take my review down. So I basically got yelled at for a bad review I never wrote. After Benjamin realized he had the wrong person he didn’t even apologize. He said “oh okay”, and hung up. They have lost a customer. My original review that I posted is below.
